Have always had EXCELLENT customer service when I have been there. Friendly staff and always ready to answer any questions. Highly recommend this location. Trista, Temeca W, and Ryan have wonderful, positive attitudes and truly work together as a team to resolve any issues. Hopefully, they are valued as employees, because they are greatly appreciated as a customer.

Ryan, Tameka, and their team were phenomenal! When we arrived at the store, there were a lot of other customers there, but the team members were very professional and accommodating. Tameka was able to make our new phones and service plan choices perfect to suit our needs.I am glad that we didn’t let the full store deter us. I highly recommend this store.

Great experience! I came in with my phone not working at all! I was immediately greeted and asked to have a seat due to reps working with other customers. After a quick 5 minute wait, I was helped by Temeca. She was AWESOME. Really knowledgeable and got me in and out with my phone working again. Love this location. Will definitely comeback again if I ever have a problem with my phone.

I give it a 4 out of 5 because of the young lady that showed patience and understanding with me. I had ordered upgrades for my mother and sister to have the phones picked up at the nearest store. I ordered one phone at 11am not knowing the process fully. I called and they, “stated they will get their coworker to prepare order.” I also had an additional phone ordered. She told us to have a seat and she will tell her coworker to get the orders ready. Eventually another young woman walks out with the two phones and hands them over to the other young lady. Temeca(the coworker from the back) goes and have a seat with her customers. Temeca proceeds to speak across the room stating, “I don’t know why it didn’t send you all a message saying your phones are ready.” I responded, “I didn’t receive a text message and didn’t understand the process fully.” Temeca replies, “Yeah.” My sister and I just laughed it off. Temeca continues, “I had a lady the other day come in here. Looking for her order. I don’t know why people think the phones walk up here on their own and rings themselves out!”, and she continues, “Our manager handles orders anyway. It comes up on the tablet and they are really the ones that complete the orders.” Being my first time ever picking up an order from the store. I will definitely just order online and have it shipped directly to my home. If I ever have any trouble getting my phone to work and Temeca is there. I’ll go somewhere else. ??? she is truly a terror!

Temeca W was very patient with me and helped me to the best of her abilities. We did not stop until the work was finished and she radiated a positive aura and made me feel like a friend instead of just a costumer

I went in today and worked with Temeca. She was very knowledgeable and funny. Temeca was able to switch my service and port my number with no problem. If you go there for service be sure to see Temeca.

There's a yng women there, early 20's, who is soooo dynamic, she really knows her stuff & is very impressive!!! I'm ashamed that I've 4gotten her name even though she has assisted me twice. She's a white girl ? & is extremely thin... this yng women is an asset 2 T-Mobil! I'll say this, I won't 4get her name ever again. I hope she's still there wen I have 2 return. The reason I didn't give T-mobile 5 ☆'s is bcuz I feel their 2 expensive ?

T-mobile is by far the worst company I have ever had service through. It started with issues my first payment! I called and the mobile support was very nice, however, they gave me an offer. It was for their internet and I have spectrum, so I said I would try it out, but it felt almost pressured to get the item. I have been trying to return this item for 4 months.The first lady I spoke to told me I could just take it to the Newnan location and they would ship back the device considering it had not even been opened. I did, and it was a bunch of children and they were so rude and said we don’t take devices back here.So I called T-Mobile back because mind you I’m still being charged for this device and service that’s not even on, I had not activated it. This time I’m given the return label, but I have no way print it?. They said go to your T-Mobile store they will print it for you, and send it back. I went up there she LAUGHED AT ME AND SAID WE DONT PRINT THINGS HERE. Also mind you, I waited 40 minutes to be told this. I have never written a bad review because my place of business contracts multiple reviews, and I know people just have bad days. This is consistent, and it’s very disappointing. So, unless you would like to keep paying for a device and be laughed at, I would advise staying away from T-Mobile and this store, absolutely ridiculous.
