We walked to the salon area of the store where a young lady was putting away boxes. We literally stood at the salon sign in area for a good 5 minutes while she walked in and out of the store. Nobody approached us at all and then my wife asked “excuse me, we are here for a hair cut”. It was only then she said the stylist just left for the day. No sign, just the google page said open and no communication until prompted. I would stay away.

My family & I went to take family photos on Black Friday. They had a really good deal with photo packages. The photographer was friendly, funny, & fast. She was great with my nephews and took good pictures. I was pleasantly surprised. Will be back next year .

I went to get my eyebrows waxed but got then butchered instead. One eyebrow is thick and the other is pencil thin!!! Somehow the wax got stuck/dried on my skin so she had to pluck it off. When I asked why the wax wouldn't pull off with the cloth strips she said it was because of my skin but I've never had that problem before.

IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO I WOULD!! BE CAREFUL OF GOING TO THIS SALON!!!!!!!!! My experience was horrible! I went in for a haircut and a blowout and I was attended by some lady name Washanda or Roshanda she is REALLY REALLY BAD AT HER JOB!!! SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! She started by washing my hair and I CLEARLY said I just wanted to trim the ends and she cut way more than what I had asked her. She cut my bangs HORRIBLE AND MY HAIR LOOKS SO CHOPPY! My hair is naturally curly and I have gone to so many salons and gotten everything done and NOONE EVER MESSES UP MY HAIR LIKE THIS LADY. She said she gave me a blow out and my hair was still curly at the top and so freezy she wasn't even handling the blow dryer correctly she just kept brushing my hair and drying it with a regular brush. She turned my chair so that I wouldn't see the disaster she had done to my hair. I immediately told her I was unhappy and that I hated everything she did I even ask her if she thought that was a blow out! She even rolled her eyes at times so I asked to speak with a manager who even acknowledge that she had messed up my hair and it wasn't even some parts were shorter than others! She kept saying that because my hair was curly blah blah blah I do my own hair and I know when someone is being lazy! She clearly doesn't know what she's doing. I was so upset and they still made me pay $22 for the haircut which she ruined completely and the manager said it herself that I was right! I had to come home and redo my hair all over again because her "blow out" was as shitty as her service. The lady even said she was the expert at the salon and that she was considered the "best". What a joke!!!! In the photos you can clearly see how my hair is not even and bangs are choppy. The fact that they allow anyone to work there and say they are a "hairdresser" is unreal.

Worst hair cut ever.. got a standard bob cut from the manager and it was the choppiest hair cut i ever got. And he took pictures without my consent!! When it came time to pay he had a bad attitude. Won't be going back

Their items are not priced (specifically in cookware), and they took the price checkers out of the stores. The portrait studio experience was terrible. All of our pictures were crooked where you could see the lines in the background were all slanted. I am not impressed with the Newnan JC Penny.

Dont Take Too Long To Shop: AP is the law. I've been shopping here JCPenny, Newnan for 10 years at twice a month now, but no longer. I was there shopping on my one day off I have per week an just taking my time while being closely watched and then followed by an asset protection employee. [ After Mr. Korrey engaged me making a remark about how he "had to get by me to reach for a shirt," enough-was-enough. ] [ So I informed Mr. Korrey(AP) that I didn't appreciate that. I asked him if he worked there and he said "Yes." I asked him if he was the GM but he said he 'refuses to answer any more of my questions." I replied back by telling him that the GM or any associate should at least greet their customers especially when squeezing by them. Mr. Korrey then in a rage yelled to me, "get out of the store." While I asked to speak with a manager, he lunged back into my face to scream some more. He only backed off when the supervisor's stepped in and other employees stopped to watch. ] I've waited two weeks or so for the store manager to contact me but he hasn't. Apparently this is the caliber of customer service you'll get at Newnan,Ga JCPenny if you're taking too long to check out. In these days and times I left in fear of anything Mr Korrey might do or say further given how he treated me. This review isn't even the full scope of Mr. Korrey's rage or intent given how he clinched his teeth and fist being only a foot away from me.

The online experience was awful! I ordered some items on December 15 still haven't received them. One of the orders went through twice when i called to cancel they kept me on hold 2 hours and stated that since I waited longer than 10 mins yo cancel the order could no longer be cancelled Hello? You kept me on hold 2 hours. I called again today to ask about the order and the rep told me "this is what happens when you don't want to pay shipping and ship to store!" I shipoed to store because online states you will receive it sooner, i had a coupon for free shipping haf i known i would have used it. Online reps were rude!! I then call directly to the store in Newnan and the employees couldn't be nicer, its sad that stores are closing when its the online reps who are pushing customers away. Don't buy online go to store. Online service needs attention I rather go to Amazon then jcponline.
