I was initially told I’d have an hour wait and my main man Chad showed up in about 20 minutes! I had a plastic tarp that wrapped itself around my driveshaft and was expecting a long day between the towing and having to be driven to the nearest dealership for servicing. “On October 15th, a car ran a red light in Newnan hitting us full force. Our car was undriveable so a tow truck arrived to take our car away. Luckily for us, it was Charlie’s Towing! The driver went above and beyond in taking care of our car…and us. He gave us a ride to the storage yard and then helped us unload the disabled vehicle (we had quite a bit of luggage.) When we couldn’t reach the rental company, he loaded our belongings into his own vehicle and transported us to the rental car site. After he unloaded our luggage there he told us to call him if we needed a ride! A truly extraordinary gentleman!”
