“On October 15th, a car ran a red light in Newnan hitting us full force. Our car was undriveable so a tow truck arrived to take our car away. Luckily for us, it was Charlie’s Towing! The driver went above and beyond in taking care of our car…and us. He gave us a ride to the storage yard and then helped us unload the disabled vehicle (we had quite a bit of luggage.) When we couldn’t reach the rental company, he loaded our belongings into his own vehicle and transported us to the rental car site. After he unloaded our luggage there he told us to call him if we needed a ride! A truly extraordinary gentleman!”

As back-up, another pinnacle Harry, accepted life and just had a method of finessing the subtleties of the circumstance away and settled. Be careful: Harry has a snarky funny bone, however at times when you feel like there's an excessive amount of bewilderment, snark makes a difference. “My car was towed here after an accident. I gave them a call and they were friendly on the phone. They helped me line up a time to come gather my belongings from it and told me what paperwork I needed to do so.
When I arrived in person, things felt a little impersonal at first. I had to talk through hole in a glass window that was tinted and I couldnt see who I was talking to. After I provided my paperwork, they opened a window and gave me release forms to sign and then had someone escort me back to the car to get my things.
I think this place deals with a lot of angry, frustrated people who don't like the steps you have to take in order to do things and take it out on them. I did not have a bad experience here at all.”

“It was much better than expected. The agent that answered the phone was polite, and helpful. My tow truck driver was polite and amazing and held great conversation and kept me informed every step of the way. Would def recommend. They were QUICK too! I have waited 1-4 hours for drivers and they came right under an hour .”
