I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I have never been spoken to so rudely or condescendingly. We showed up and there was only an abandoned shack with a Uhaul box on it. Went inside the gas station grocery and encountered the most horrible woman behind the counter. She told me to use the the website to fill out a form and hook up the only trailer behind the station ourselves and take it. I was concerned by her behavior and instructions and called U-Haul corporate to ensure this is what I was supposed to do. They were very upset and told us absolutely not to follow the woman's instructions, that what she told us to do was a lawsuit waiting to happen, and that U-Haul could and would file legal claims against people who did what the gas station employee had instructed us to do. Not to mention how nastily the gas station woman communicated with us throughout. 0 stars!

I rent trailers at this location a few times a year. Always book online, easy to check-in. Yes, you have to go inside the grocery/convenience store to check in. Large gravel area behind the gas station is where the trailers and rentals are stored, very easy to park and navigate. Always quick and easy. I definitely recommend reserving your rental online, makes it even faster.

Easy lot to get in and out of very friendly and very helpful staff. Will rent from here again if needed.

I will never rent another U Haul from this place I can't see how u Haul will allow this place this location to slur it there u Haul it giving u Haul a very bad name considering all the other places here in Newnan that gives excellent customer service the lady miss Betty was rude smart mouth and very disrespectful in speaking to a few other people this seems to be the norm for her.
