Do not use UPS #3476 for notary services - rude, unhelpful, and they do not keep appointment times. Made an appointment as required. Showed up 5 mins early. There was a long line but I asked the woman behind the counter who I should see for my appointment. She said, “Wait in line. It’s first come, first served.” I repeated that I had an appointment. Was my personal box for several years, but this last year, they kept calling me to renew my box. I complied the first two times under the assumption that I failed something for the annual renewal. I checked my credit card and I had paid the full amount once, so knew I had successfully renewed my box. They called up several more times asking me to renew my box, for the same year.Something changed, or they need money, but trying to abuse my trust to scam me of several hundred dollars multiple times is crossing that line, and getting close to suing territory. Don't use this store for anything that you cannot verify on site, with hands on the product.

Would give zero stars if I could. They lost a package that I sent from this location. It was only going to Griffin. I went up to the store twice, and they never even refunded me the cost of shipping. The envelope happened to have cash in it so someone stole the cash, which I understand isn’t insured, but they are supposed to at least refund my shipping cost. They could care less.

Worst Customer Service in Coweta County!!GO NEXT DOOR TO PMS CENTER/ FEDEX @ 2730 E HWY 34, Newnan Right Next Door!! They are awesome, HALF the PRICE of this UPS Store and have OUTSTANDING Customer Service and want your business!!I walked in this morning to send two emails to have 250 copies made. I was immediately told by the Owner Zack that they don’t have WIFI for customers to use. I explained that I needed to be connected to send the emails. He then told me to walk down to Publix Supermarket to “STEAL”there WIFI and send the email. Unbelievable!!! Steal someone else’s WIFI because you’re to greedy to give customers your password! SHAME, SHAME, Shame on you Zack the Owners of this establishment!! You are truly a SAD EXCUSE of a business owner with sad employees!!! What’s wrong with American Businesses, THIS!! I’ll go somewhere else to spend my money with an honest business!!!I called the store a few hours after I visited to speak to the manager, I was going to tell them about my experience earlier. WOW, the woman who answered the phone would not transfer me to the owner until I gave her details to WHY I wanted to speak to the owner. Come to find out from Owner Zack he instructed her to ask because customers bother him all day long with questions anyone could answer but demand to speak to the owner and he doesn’t have time for that. ( He said all of this to me when he finally spoke to me on that call) He also told me it’s his policy NOT to Allow his customers to use his Wifi and that he did not need my business! Yes Zack actually said that.So I drove literally next door to PMS Center a FedEX drop off location and they happily logged me into their WIFI and made all 300 of my copies. They only charged $.12 (12 cents) per copy. My entire order came to half of what Zack’s UPS store would have charged me.

Terrible Service. Three times I went to the store to pick up our business cards that we had ordered Four weeks ago!! Each time an excuse was given. Why were they not printed still not sure. Third time no explanation was given. The young man asked me if I still wanted them!! What do you think?? Absolutely not

I've had a ups box here for 2 years and have always had a great experience every time I've been there
