After months, literally, of looking at the worst possible time in the economy, with inflation with used cars, and a not such a great time in my life personally, the frustration I am feeling is an understatement.I dealt with some very shady people in the process of my search.Then I ran across Mark at Amigo. By the time I dealt with my insurance and got my things together, Mark and I had been texting for a couple months.He was so kind and patient with me. And when the day finally arrived, he drove me home and picked me to finalize things the following day. He is a very kind, jazzy soul. I would definitely recommend him. He goes above and beyond.And Myriam pulled the whole thing together and stayed late and took the brunt of my frustration in the beginning and just handled it with grace and professionalism. She was kind enough to accept my apology. She and jack are the best. And drives from Marietta to Newnan, oye.So, if you find yourself in the need of a vehicle, stop by Amigo. Or go online. The personnel were very friendly, I came here twice because I was in doubt about the car since I need a daily commuter and a maintenance light showed up while test driving, I asked the owner to ride the car while I was the copilot, he drove the vehicle faster than I usually do so I could notice the real performance on the engine. So I was convinced. The legal team was very friendly as well and three weeks later I received the tag and the title in my mailbox. Everything was smooth. I recommend that people show up with a mechanic of trust and decide afterwards, the price range tells you everything on what to expect, and I am glad to support a small business rather than go to a high-cost dealer who would ruin my finances. “I was in the market of purchasing a second car and came across Grace and Mercy. The buying process was easy, hassle free and straight forward . I did experience a few issues with the vehicle I purchased after the first few days of having it. I called them immediately and spoke to Mrs.Pam about the problems I was having. She then had her husband to give me a call right away and Mr.Randy addressed the problems right away and got them fixed. He made it known from the start that he would make sure everything was taken care of even if it took multiple times for the car to be looked at or me moving to another vehicle. They also payed for my rental car while repairs were being made and gave me invite to attend their church service. Which turned out to also be good. I am grateful that everything is working fine now and I have no complaints with this used car dealer.
