“Bucks Tires deserves 6 stars. Called them at 430 about a tire. They answered quickly, gave me available & pricing for tires i need. The pricing was unbeatable, 99 dollars for 1 new tire + mount & balancing. I was up there at 5:44 ( 16 minutes before they closed). They were very quick throughout the entire process: taking my information, installing my new tire, and processing payment. They were done with my tire in about 13 minutes ( including all the processing time from payment and mounting, keep in mind i already had pulled my tire from my vehicle so they didnt need to spend time jacking up my car and removing it). Needless to say the tech brought my tire out to me with a smile. He gave me several helpful professional tips on mounting my tire and breaking in the tire for it to ride smoothly. My car is now on the road again and it rides like it just got an upgrade. Thank you Bucks tires!”

“I found myself needing to use a non traditional car dealership. After months, literally, of looking at the worst possible time in the economy, with inflation with used cars, and a not such a great time in my life personally, the frustration I am feeling is an understatement.I dealt with some very shady people in the process of my search.Then I ran across Mark at Amigo. By the time I dealt with my insurance and got my things together, Mark and I had been texting for a couple months.He was so kind and patient with me. And when the day finally arrived, he drove me home and picked me to finalize things the following day. He is a very kind, jazzy soul. I would definitely recommend him. He goes above and beyond.And Myriam pulled the whole thing together and stayed late and took the brunt of my frustration in the beginning and just handled it with grace and professionalism. I saw an ad on craigslist for the car I was interested in, and when I called them, they responded immediately. They were always polite, informative and answered all my questions. I went an hour and a half out the way to look at the car, and when I arrived they were very polite and friendly as I inspected the car. They were eager to inform me about the car as much as possible. There was never any pressure and they allowed me to take my time evaluating the decision to purchase. They reduced the price according to the concerns I had with the car, and overall I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience. I received the title well before the 45 day grace period to get the car registered and such. Four months later, and I am still happy about my decision to purchase from this dealership, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. If you see something on their lot that you like, you should definitely consider paying them a visit!”

“After looking at other brands of car, I stopped by Southtowne to look at the Palisades. Aaron Austin greeted me and showed me different ones on lot and I decided that they had exactly what I wanted. There was no pressure but I felt real concern from him in answering my questions, going on test drive and through the deal. They even washed the car and provided someone to drive my car back to my home 30 miles away so that I could bring my new car home and not have to arrange getting someone to bring me back. He made himself available at a later date of my choosing to meet with me at dealership and go over any questions I had after having the car a few days. I could not have asked for better treatment than I experienced with this purchase and I’ve bought several new cars in my lifetime. I would highly recommend Southtowne based on my experience and Aaron was exceptional to work with.”
