βMy truck transmission went out a couple years ago and had to have it replaced so I took it to Precision Tune Auto Care and they had it up and running within 24 hours!! Just today my window mechanism quit working and they had it fixed and ready to go same day. Prices are really good as well and they have an amazing friendly team.β

βI can't say enough good things about Grant and Southside Autowerks. I've been VAG owner for over 35 years and i have never had a mechanic/shop so attentive, knowledgable and honest. I live 2.5 hours away and i went to Southside based on recommendations of various Audi/VW groups. I took both my A3 8p Vr6 for a timing chain and A5 B8 for a carbon clean to him, and he made sure i was completely happy with everything as well as going above and beyond what i asked for. He even offered to personally deliver my car to me for driving so far. They say usually you can only have 2 things out of 3 if you're getting a service done; Fast, Good, and Inexpensive. if you get 2 of these, your'e not going to get the third but Southside is all of these believe it or not. The quotes i got locally for a timing chain service were ridiculous but the quote i got from Grant was more than reasonable and he delivered it quickly and on time as well as taking care of some small things without me asking. I'm usually skeptical when it comes to other people working on my cars but I would gladly make the 5 hour roundtrip to get them to work on any of my vehicles.β

βHubby and I went in to see about trading our jeep in. We were greeted by Jeff Wagner. He took us under his wing and we could have not asked for a more pleasant salesman. Not only did he know his inventory but he was also the most patient and kind salesman we have ever dealt with. The entire team right down to the finance department were all very professional. βWorking out of town, all the way from NW Ohio. Noticed at my job site I had a back tire low. Got done with the job and needed some air in my LR tire. Stopped by Mavis since it was right next to my hotel. Walked in and was greeted by Diamond, very professional and extremely hospitable young woman, behind the counter. Went to get some air in my tire, and found out the valve steam was bad. Diamond and her crew didn't blink an eye on helping me get back on the road so I can get to Statesboro to my next job. I would 100% recommend going in and talking to Diamond in getting all your car's needs and getting that true southern charm that is lacking in the Midwest where I am from!β

βWill definitely be a reoccurring customer! I rolled up on a donut 5 minutes before close. They got me set up with a used tire with decent tread for a great price in less than 10 minutes. I'll be recommending them to everyone. Definitely give them a chance if you're in the market or in a tight spot!β

βI was driving through from out of town when a hose blew on my work van. This work van has proprietary parts and NONE were in the state when this happened. Carrillo stopped what he was doing and literally left his shop, bought some parts, and created a hose that got me where I was going. I was back on the road with time to still get some work done at my job for a very reasonable price.It's a rare thing to find a mechanic that can "make it work" with zero notice because you simply have to have it then. And on top of that he didn't take advantage of my need and charge me more than was fair.This one is a keeper. Use him.β

βSo far so good! I was able to bring my vehicle in for an estimate and drop it off for the repair very quickly. The staff here is so friendly and helpful. They are working with our insurance company for this repair and so far everything is going smoothly! The shop is very nicely put together. They offer a very nice waiting area with snacks and drinks and a TV. There are plants in the office, which add such a nice touch! I'm sure the end results of this business will be top notch!!!β
βThey really strive to take care of me, and I'm a new customer. They replaced broken headlights, and we're even able to replace my side mirror that other shops told me weren't with replacing. But Westside did it for a good price.
Feels weird to say I'm looking forward to going to see my mechanic, but I am.β

βI sadly hit a turkey a couple years ago. The poor thing TORE UP my hood. He completely punctured through my grill into the engine compartment. I took it to Nick and he fixed my car up amazingly! βBrought my jeep in for a check engine light. Pretty much knew what the underlying issue was and communicated that to Trey.(the repair needed was beyond my knowledge and comfort level)
Trey answered all of my questions and concerns, communicated the issue and laid out a plan, quoted me at a fair price and was nothing but professional and friendly the whole time.
Most shops have a huge ego: almost like youβre bothering them by being there.

By fixing my vehicle combined with such professionalism that Trey and the mechanics showed, youβve gained a repeat customer (hopefully not too soon,lol).

We were looking for a shop that could test the emissions and work on our truck in the process until we could get it to pass. We gave Auto Emissions and Repair a call, they were so thorough which was very much appreciated with what we had going on and needed. They did a diagnostic test on it within half a day, suggested what we needed and got our truck to pass the emissions. Also, at the same time our Toyota Highlander was in desperate need of breaks, they let us drop our car off and had it ready on the next day. They do more than just emissions type of repairs. We are very pleased with this shop and will be using them going forward.β

Iβve purchased two sets of tires at this location and got the free rotation and just got a reasonably priced oil change. They explain things well and donβt use high pressure sales tactics. 10/10β
