Insolent pharmacists- they are dull, inconsiderate of customers and their time when/if interacting, and the pharmacy is constantly closed and inconvenient. They give out false information. I don’t and won’t recommend this pharmacy at all.

Incompetent and lazy pharmacists. Went in to update my insurance for a prescription and was told they wouldn’t do that without a RX card, which I do not get with my insurance (and have never ever gotten with any insurance). I handed her my insurance card to update the information, she took a look at it, then told me I needed to call my insurance to get the information (which is completely false). Keep in mind that most insurances have a PHARMACIST ONLY call line that THEY are supposed to call on the back of your insurance card for this kind of thing. After it was clear that she wasn’t going to help me, I called the other nearby pharmacy in Newnan and they updated my information over the phone in two minutes. Don’t waste your time at the Millard Walgreen and just go to the other one.

Do yourself a favor, go to CVS or Publix. This pharmacy is apparently too busy for customers. I continuously have issues with the pharmacy and they seem to not really care even when they are the cause of the issue.

Pharmacist Assistant/Clerk needs to be patient with Disabled Seniors and not talk over, yell, or place me on hold!! Training is essential for this woman. Or I will take my business elsewhere!!! SMH ????

This Walgreens has went down since last year. Extreme long wait time in pharmacy inside and drive thru. Lack of kids OTC medicine, shelves empty everytime you come. Poor customer service overall and lack of communication with customers. Don't order online they will cancel your order without email or text as to why. But the products you want are there inside the store and you have to walk in and get it. I don't know what has happened to this store. It use use to be my favorite Walgreens.

This store is absolutely awful!! Dirty, staff is unhelpful and they are out of everything!! I took an hour to select photos and send them online to be developed. It verified my email address and phone number for the order and said they would be ready by 7pm. I went to pick them up and there was no one working photo so some hourly cashier came back there and told me that no only were my photos not ready, but they had been out of photo paper FOR WEEKS. I would think that this is something that they would have valued and emailed me about so I could make other arrangements. Absolutely worst service ever. Never going back in that nasty store again.

If I could give it zero stars I would. A friend went in with her son before closing. The staff was rude and yelled at her son when asking for help with the atm when it was having an error code. Mind you this was a manager. Then when they left as the manager was leaving she said "Mexicans, of course" and locked the door. This is completely unacceptable and racist comment needs to be handled by corporate.

Pulled up at 10:50 pm just now on a Wed. All lights are on but doors were locked. The sign says store hours until midnight. It's not even 11:00 pm yet.... go to CVS

I registered online to have a rapid Covid test at this location. When I pulled in to the drive-through line iwas wrapped around the building. I waited for 35 minutes to get to the window. When it was finally my turn, it was at least five minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was at the drive up window. The person picked up the phone to tell me that they would be with me in a minute. I could see people working inside. No one was waiting at the inside counter. Two times one of the associates came to the window, but did not pick up the phone to interact with me instead they typed something in a computer, turned around, and walked away. Finally when someone came over to help, the associate acted as though it was an imposition to begin my test. I tried to pass the information that the confirmation email stated had to be brought to the appointment. The associate told me that she did not need to see anything and passed a swab through the drive-through window. I completed the Tess and place the swab back into the paper wrapper. I am not sure how my test would be distinguished from someone else's.
