THIS APPLIES TO THE PHARMACY ONLY: I have been a loyal Walgreens pharmacy customer for decades, in several states and cities, so I have been trying for over a year now to give the benefit of the doubt to this location, but this pharmacy staff is the most incompetent and useless group of people I have ever encountered. Aside from having to sit at the window for up to 20 minutes while watching them converse and do other things, and without being Acknowledged, they have screwed up several of my prescriptions. For instance, telling me that my doctor canceled a prescription when in fact, she ordered one and they told me that they received it two weeks prior to my callback, but suddenly they have nothing because it’s been canceled. Prior to my calling in to have the prescription refilled they said they didn’t have any more refills available, however, I just found a copy of the prescription bottle that says that I have refills for this prescription until later this year. They said that that prescription was canceled along with the new prescription that was called in. This medication is critical for me. My doctor is extremely diligent about using her portal. And the last message she sent was that this medication had been ordered on May 21. I was there picking up another prescription when my new prescription came through, and I confirmed with them that that new prescription was for the medication. My doctor told me she would call in so how could they tell me they received it on Monday and then tell me that it was canceled , when I called back to check on it. My doctor did not cancel this medication, and today is June 6, and I still don’t have it. These folks are so bad that I had my insurance company call to find out what was going on regarding this and another prescription. Of course, they made excuses or maybe their system is just screwed up, I don’t know but what I do know is that I’ll never use them again. I should’ve known better. When I first moved here, I had all of my prescriptions transferred to this pharmacy. My doctor had submitted refills for everything I was taking, and they told me that they didn’t have any refills even though they showed up on their app.
Please note: I gave my last Walgreens pharmacy, a five star rating, and never had a problem with them. My husband had so much trouble with these people that he already switched to another pharmacy. I was trying to hang in there for old times sake, but this is ridiculous, I am also writing a letter to the corporate office.

This is absolutely ridiculous how long you have to wait!! I’ve waited for 20 minutes and no one has greeted me!! Terrible service!!!

I waited a whole almost 12 minutes just to get one question answered. Everyone keep putting me on hold... just to ask if they carry a product .. Kaylee and the pharmacy team gotta do better with customer service. I understand you all are busy filling orders., but learn to multi task a bit better. 12 minutes on hold is not good customer service. Nor is it showing hospitality! Do better Walgreens! I am glad I no longer do my RX's there no more????????

Very disappointing visit. I went to get two different medicines in which they stated that one was received. I called my physician and they stated that both were sent over. At the time it was about 5 minutes before they closed for the evening. The pharmacist asked me to circle the building so that they could get the person behind me. So I circled around and offered to call my physician again and the pharmacist said that they can’t do anything about it because they close in 1 minute. She kept brushing me off to another location and was not willing to help me out. I even showed thr prescription on my Piedmont my chart and she still would not wait another minute or two past closing. Now I have to be in pain over nights because she would not fill my prescription. I am
Blown away with this. I am in customer service and I would not be able to sleep knowing that I could have helped someone in pain instead of going home on time… I have been a customer of this Walgreens for years but when I need them the most I am just referred to another location. It’s a shame…. Maybe someone will reach out to me and make it right. I also did survey on receipt. I am not one to bash businesses online but coming from someone in pain this is different…

This evening's visit to Walgreens was immensely disappointing and frustrating. We arrived at the pharmacy to pick up a prescription for my husband, which urgent care had confirmed was sent and accepted by Walgreens at 7:13 PM. However, when we tried to pick it up at 7:45 PM, we were informed by the pharmacy staff that they only had one of the medications ready.
Despite our attempts to clarify the situation by calling urgent care and urgent care reconfirming that both prescriptions were sent and accepted by Walgreens, the staff member remained unhelpful. When we suggested getting urgent care on the phone with them to help resolve the confusion, we were bluntly refused. The excuse given was that they were closing at 8 PM and suggested we have it sent to another Walgreens instead.
This lack of effort to assist a customer, especially in a matter as critical as medication, is unacceptable. The situation not only caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience but also showed a worrying lack of communication and customer service. Pharmacy services are supposed to make healthcare easier, not more cumbersome. This experience has severely diminished our trust in Walgreens and has led us to consider taking our business elsewhere.

EXTREMELY SLOW!!!!!!!!! They take their precious time and don’t even acknowledge you when you are sitting at the window. Horrible customer service. I’ve been sitting here at the window for 15 minutes and I can see them not assisting any other customers inside so what is the hold up?!!!

Make sure you call to see if they have your immunization in stock before you show for your SCHEDULED appointment. Customer no service.

This place is the worst, absolutely no customer service! I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. The pharmacy staff were rude and made me get my prescription info from another Walgreens when they couldn’t “find it”. Funny my normal store found it.

I will give them no stars if I could. Worst customer experience ever. Was in line for 20 minutes, then waited in the drive thru window for 25 minutes before I was even acknowledged, and then they tell me it’s going to be another 30 minutes for the pharmacist to review my prescription. Prescription I get every month ??? Never coming back

My mom called to fill her prescription. She called on a Saturday around 11 am so she would be able to pick up that day and they said they close soon so she’ll have to pick up tomorrow. According to their hours they would be open about 7/8 hours. That was off putting. We’ve used this pharmacy for years, and they’ve always accepted my insurance with no issue. All of a sudden there’s issues saying I’m an “unauthorized user”. I called my insurance company and they said everything is fine, and when I went to a different pharmacy they took my insurance no issue. I only added 2 stars because when I originally went to them, one nice pharmacy worker put my meds on a discount card so the price went down
