I deal with this terminal daily, and they are one of the best as far as communication and punctuality.

The package should be here on the Feb 12th however, they say it had been delayed to Feb 18th. Then on Feb 15th they call us for a delivery appointment and they said it will be here on Feb 16th. However, it did not arrive and they did not contact us to state whether or not it was delayed or an issue occurred. So the next day we try to call to see where our package at however no one would answer our phone calls. We tried calling three different numbers and emailing two different people.

I have done dock pickups at many freight facilities for my business. My normal pickup is about 1000 pounds in weight. Most all the time dock workers will help load the freight by using forklifts to get my products to my truck & then help me lift & load the boxes.NOT at this location. They pointed to my shipment, said yes that's it. Then I got to carry load some 50-60 feet & load onto my truck.But hey, the office was efficient & quick.

I believe they would rather hire inexperienced people rather than very well qualified individuals so they don't have to pay at a higher rate per hour. I'm over qualified having 30 years with Forklift experience. A well rounded, balanced & experienced asset employee is overall better for any company.
