Hours: Plant 4 is a busy distribution center that handles truck deliveries efficiently once unloaded. Appointments are scheduled in the afternoon, with arrivals often waiting on the street before being called in, sometimes experiencing delays due to shift changes. Despite these waits, the unloading process is quick once called, typically taking around 15 minutes. Employees at the facility are praised for being professional and personable, performing their tasks well and providing good service. The security guard staff is also friendly and helpful, maintaining a professional attitude. The facility has some crowded areas, especially around DC4 and DC5, so drivers are advised to be careful when backing into docks. Overall, reviews highlight that the company’s setup may cause delays, but the staff's professionalism and the quick unloading process make it a decent place to unload.
