I have been a regular customer at Zen with Young for almost 2 years and I absolutely love the her and the staff. She is amazingly sweet, professional, and always achieves what I want. If you have not been there, you need to go….ask for Young or Wendy!!!!

I got acrylic nails, while they were $85(not including tip), they were absolutely perfect. Young was my nail tech and she was the absolute best, and made sure I was leaving with what I wanted. I love these nails and will definitely be coming back?

Young did an absolutely amazing job on my nails. She was so sweet and truly is talented! I showed her a photo of the nails I wanted, and she recreated the nails but did a better job than the original! These are my favorite nails I have ever had. She was very fast as well. I pick at my fingers so my cuticles are looking rough but Young shaped and designed my nails perfectly!

My friend and I decided to get our nails done the other night in Newnan and this was the closest location to where we were at the time. I was nervous that getting acrylics would make it hard for me at work, especially if they were longer. Despite my concern, I got acrylics done for the first time and they are absolutely beautiful! They are the perfect length for work and did not become damaged at all. The nail tech who worked on my nails made sure that the colors coordinated well throughout the session and ensured that each line and mark in the design was perfect before moving onto the next one. She worked one finger at a time while working on the design to ensure accuracy (ring fingers, then middle fingers). It made me feel very comfortable in knowing that I can trust the process and have a wonderful outcome as a first time client. I definitely plan to come back in the future!

The workers at this nail salon are very unprofessional and nasty. I wanted my eyebrows done and I asked one of the workers to wash her hands. She rolled her eyes and turned the water on for 2 seconds and came back acting like she was drying her hands, that was it. You can tell that they don’t practice cleanliness because she was trying to do my eyebrows/ touch my face without washing her hands before I even asked her to wash her hands. That should be common sense and standard practice. I wish I had gotten the girl’s name that did my eyebrows so I could publicly let you all know to not use her for anything. They’re gross and disgusting..they will literally touch someone’s feet and try to touch your face afterwards. I have seen it with my own eyes but the other person receiving the treatment just didn’t care. This is how people end up with a lot of infections when they didn’t have anything before. Please be careful who you allow to touch your face or any part of your body. If I could rate them a Zero I would.
Post after I saw owners response-
I understand that the owner of this business will say anything to make themselves look better. However, the person I dealt with had a nasty attitude. Of course she’s going to deny that she didn’t. She ran the water for no more than 3 seconds. She most definitely rolled her eyes and had a nasty attitude with me. I didn’t have to spend MY money to be there but I did. Remember that you only have a business because of your clients. You would be nothing without them. Also, There are other customer comments regarding the nasty customer service that this salon displays.

All the nail technicians are super nice and professional! They always go out of their way to make you feel welcome and important. I will never go anywhere else!

I love this place, I will be coming getting my nails done here again, and I love my nails and this place is so clean and enjoyable to be in, this place is worth it to come and spend money to get nails or toes done

They were passing the nail file back and forth between me and a stranger beside me. . I was charged 160$ for a basic pedi and acrylic French manicure. One lady was super rude to my mother in law. The others were really nice but the guy doing my nails not only was sharing files but watching a you tube video while doing my nails! (Not sure if he was learning how to do it or what) My gel polish on toes peeled off on day 2 over all not a clean place, unprofessional and they charged me double what their price list stated! Definitely won't be back! Edited to add no cuticle care or prep other than a quick file with the shared file.

Horrible customer service. Was my first visit. Told them I wanted to get a pedicure but asked to see their menu. Before she gave me menu she asked me to sit and put my feet in the water so I did. Pedicure was $29 reasonable plus $17 extra for jell polish so I decided against it and said will just do the jell polish, in which case they charge $29 so I agreed. And she replied with well have to charge you $10 for putting your feet in the water!!!!! Pure theft, very rude and just money hungry. DO NOT EVEN TEY THIS PLACE!
