This is my first time filing my taxes here. I was recommended to go with Mr. Greenwood. With this Pandemic going on he was able to help me get it done through the phone which was great!! He was very helpful and explain me what was needed. Very professional! I appreciate he’s work! I’m sure the rest of 1st choice tax team is as helpful and nice as him.

Costumer service over the phone is not professional. I contacted Kendi and she put me on the phone with her receptionist immediately. She did not say she was busy or did not tell me to call her back. Her receptionist did not know anything about taxes. Really?.Good manners are required first to set a company or bussiness.

Overpriced. To file your taxes and have it withdrawn from your refund it is $300 or $225 paid up front. I have come here to have my taxes filed for me for 2-3 years. This year I filed my 2020 taxes and a day later I received an addition tax form. I immediately contacted their office and respectfully explained to the "executive manager" why I feel as it is unfair that I pay for an amendment and instead of her accommodating and understanding she gets defensive with me. I do not recommend filing your taxes here but I do suggest you to ask as many questions or concerns you may have or else they will clean their hands with "that's why I asked you.." even if they did not.
