I placed an order with Accent Decor and noticed right away that most of the items were out of stock at the Atlanta warehouse. I called the next day and worked with Karina to select alternative vases that were supposedly in stock, ensuring delivery to Texas by October 16th. Despite this effort, the order wasn’t processed by the expected shipping date (Sept 30).
After reaching out to support multiple times, I still haven’t received any shipping updates, and the Sales Order now just says "Ship When Ready" without any clear estimate. This lack of communication is incredibly frustrating, especially since I specifically worked with Karina to avoid this issue.
I have a critical event coming up, and I’m now doubtful that the order will arrive in time. I’ve tried expressing the urgency of the situation, but it feels like no one is addressing the timeline properly or offering solutions.
I hope this can be resolved quickly, but the experience so far has been stressful and disappointing.

This company is BEYOND frustrating!! Their website and catalog displays a massive inventory but only a very small percentage of the product is actually available. They are constantly adding and advertising new product but it will not be available for a year or more. They really need to focus on moving their older inventory instead of promoting new product lines that no one can get their hands on unless they are a “celebrity” designer.
I own and operate an event company and every time I go to order something on their website, it displays “out of stock” with a specific date of when it will be available. When that date comes, it changes the date to a week later. This cycle will go on and on for months, even a year. This has been going on for several years now. They used to blame it on Covid- which I’m sure was valid at the time, but they can’t use that excuse anymore. We have no issues with shipping from other companies. I don’t know what is going on with them. My guess is they are selling to big store chains like West Elm and some others I have seen online selling their products. We have to get most of our inventory from Amazon or other companies because we cannot rely on Accent Decor anymore.
Unless you own a huge retail chain or you are a social media influencer, you might want to start looking elsewhere to source your vessels and home decor.

Very poor customer service! Website said something would be in by 2/11 and it’s still not in weeks later and they won’t give me any date to when it will be in but they’ve already charged me. Zero help or remorse on their screw up and now I’m scrambling to find things last minute.

Single-handedly the worst wholesale company in the business. Puts arrival dates on products that are 6-7 months delayed. Can't ever get accurate information. Customer service is appalling. So disorganized. Keeps charging me for order I have repeatedly cancelled and refuses to refund. Emails go unanswered. There are so many great wholesale companies out there and this is definitely not one of them. Save yourself and order from somewhere else!

The worst company! Terrible customer service. Wont stop charging my credit card for orders I have repeatedly cancelled. Refuses to refund. Been going back and forth with them for over a month on an order that was supposed to arrive within a few weeks from when I ordered it 7 months ago! I no longer want the order. Have canceled multiple times. They keep charging my card. The company is completely fraudulent.

Very unorganized company that attempted to overcharge and then have the audacity to send my small business to a collections company when they were WRONG and it was dropped by their own lawyer! They did this to other businesses too. My case was dropped because I keep my receipts organized, come to find out they actually owe me, but can’t get a hold of anyone from them because they have ignored me. Maybe I should do something about that. Seeing others go through this is ridiculous. How are you getting away with that? Is it to make up for lost sales along the way?I wouldn’t purchase from them no matter how desperate I am. Absolutely disgraceful and lack of integrity, waste of my time. Their “customer service” was so rude and out of line I was shocked.

If we were able to select zero stars we would. A year ago we received an entirely incorrect shipment from Accent Decor. We contacted the company immediately and received little to no help. We were asked to hold the items, then ship them back, then no one ever got back to us. The packing slip and boxes were marked for us which is why we accepted the shipment. Thinking they were counting their losses since they never got back to us we left the matter alone. Earlier this year we started receiving bills for the shipment of items we did not receive. Upon contacting the company immediately we have been bounced around between multiple different customer service agents claiming to "look into the situation for us". We have not gotten anywhere but that someone would get back to us. Multiple voicemails for accounting, managers, owners, and customer service have gone unanswered. The only way we have been able to get ahold of anyone is by going on social media and leaving comments. We get an answer again of looking into it and then nothing. The idea that a company can operate in this way and think they can send someone to collections without explanation is mind blowing.

Simply tried to update our cc infos, but failed again and again. The customer / finance team are all so unprofessional and make the payment issues more crazy. It's been almost 9 months for the same issues, but they still cannot proceed my orders with the new cc infos and now hold my orders for the past due payments issues. We've called and emailed to solve the problem more than 100 times. The CEO should know this, seriously. UPDATE: after waiting for 250 days, Accent Decor finally sent us Romey pot 97559.02. Tried to download the yellow Romey pot images from their website but the page is broken. Emailed THE PERSONAL ACCOUNT MANAGER with the specific item number, but she sent us images of BLUE pots, not the yellow one. HOPELESSLY unprofessional!

Stay Away. Extremely poor customer service and a complete lack of any sense of urgency to help resolve the continual delivery and product issues. They happily took $2500 for an order placed in mid July and then delivered a entire pallet of goods which we did not order. For more than 2 week have have left messages with several customer service reps and supervisors to resolve this huge problem and have not received even one call or email in response after having waited hours on end to contact someone by phone. Since no apology was made or so far even any attempt to help out this will definitely be our last order with Accent Decor (if we ever receive the goods we already paid for weeks ago)

I had good experiences with this wholesaler until Covid. Apparently they let their entire staff go. I've placed orders that went unacknowledged. Gotten no response to emails. And their phone number isn't even answered. The last straw was when I placed a order in person at the Dallas Market in spring 2021. It apparently was never even processed in spite of the fact that I had a copy of it. I hope they survive in spite of their horrible service but I will be ordering elsewhere
