Wish I could give this place -0000. Absolutely horrible customer service. Almost over two hours on the phone to fill one prescription. Do better Accredo.

Dealing with Accredo to get my Skyrizi every few months is almost more painful than psoriatic disease. They’ve caused me to be late on several doses due to their inability to effectively schedule orders and now my medication isn’t nearly as effective :.)

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. I have been waiting for 3 weeks to get a prescription filled. They are NOT helpful at ALL. It's sad that Cigna only allows us to use this specialty pharmacy. They don't ever deserve a one star.
