I called another store, looking for an obscure part, he gave me the store(Jimmy carter) that showed it in stock. Drove to that store and was taken care of quickly. Nice job!

This was my first time in this store and it will be my last. I have had an account and shopped with advanced for 20 years and my experience with this store will likely make me never return. I don't know who put that manager in that position but she needs to go back to what ever checkers drive thru she came from. She was rude and disrespectful for me asking a simple question. She did this as she was "training " a new employee. Hats off to you advanced you really know how to select management

Came in for a diagnostics test. The employee, who looked to be 15, told me to go to Auto Zone bc his manager took the code scanner.

Go into store Thursday to get new headlight bulbs and guy looks up warranty. Tells me to purchase new bulbs then return old ones for a credit. When he pulled it up in computer on Thursday it said I purchased them on 11/21/21. Today a new guy tells me sorry they are out of warranty...says they were purchased on 11/10/21. I know what I saw on computer Thursday evening when they were purchased. I'll never get anything from advanced ever again...

Not sure why an auto parts store doesn't do code reading anymore. According to the guy at the desk today they don't do them anymore because people kept stealing the code reader. Maybe don't give it to customers? Maybe go outside and scan it while the store employer is holding it? Kind of a bogus excuse if you ask me.

Love love looooove this location! They are well stocked on product, and offer excellent advice. Chris helped me find the correct wipers and power window switch replacement for my truck. He also gave me some great advice on my truck suspension! This is the only auto parts shop I’m using from now on!
