We did an Electrical job for this company. The owner was avoiding communication with us for about a week as we tried to collect payment. Owner Cameron was very rude to employees trying to find out if there was a reason we did not get payed. I as the owner went to see if we could resolve the issue, as soon as I asked for the owner of the Bussiness he jumped out of his chair in his office and pushed his face in mine asking me what I want, he was so close to my face that his nose was touching mine. I had my hand out at first to shake his hand in spite of that he through himself forward in a very intimidating manner and then he told his secretary to call the police. I am very glad my two employees was behind me to witness all this as I believe things could have been different. This person is extremely aggressive. I have to compliment the policeman that came out because he was absolutely professional and handled the situation very well. The so-called problem with the electrical was not even something we did wrong. His machine was not on site when the electrical installation was done. All that had to be done was the switching of the phases so the motor would rotate in the opposite direction. This is typically something switched on the machine once the commissioning of machine takes place. All this gentleman had to do was to pick up the phone and we would have been happy to come out and help out even if it is not our responsibility. I got the idea that this was more a case of delaying payment than anything else. We did get payed. I just did not understand the bad attitude and hostility. I will advise and person to think twice before dealing with this company.
