The dog food is amazing but the customer service isn't so great. They said my order shipped on Monday, it's Friday and I still have not received it. My dogs are hungry.

Our dogs love this food.I mean ALL of it. They are healthy and thriving. They love Judy’s pup loaf. We love the courteous and fast service. Highly recommend ALLPROVIDE.

Excellent HIGH QUALITY dog food. Well prepared and packaged. Shipping has always been good with no issues. Their customer service is the absolute best. This company truly cares about its product AND its customers!

This is probably the only company I have ever worked with that has the highest level of customer service. Davey cares a great deal about customer satisfaction. Even though system glitches are occurring on auto renewal orders he bent over backwards to find a solution for me so my pups had food on time. You can't always help website glitches but you can help how you react to customers and he is top notch!!! Not to mention their food is awesome, both of my dogs lick their bowls clean every time.

I have been a customer going on 5 years. I loved this company but I'm telling you things have been going downhill with Allprovide! Just this week, 5th of August i placed my order.... mind you I'm feeding a Yorkie so my order is small... 12 lbs every two months....should not matter, as of today the 10th still not shipped. I send an email and am told that one of the items ordered is "out of stock" That was not the case when I ordered! On top of that "Davey" said he left me a voicemail telling me this....ummmm NO! Nothing on my phone. The time before this order.....no tracking again... I called... oh the shipment was messed up in the UPS and we have to re ship. My life cannot be held hostage to these shipments! If I order on Friday the order shoud be shipped out by Tuesday with arriving to me by Thursday...this is how it used to be and I knew when I needed to be home to put the order in the freezer..... This time I cancelled my order as I was planning on being gone for a week. SMH Use to be a great company.

Great product, IF you can get it. They are CONSISTENTLY out of raw foods. Everything is great until you have a complaint. They immediately become defensive and rude. They DO NOT like to take responsibility. When I placed an order a few times, it went through, but the order said pending for well over a week. When I called, the man on the phone immediately became defensive( this was the second time dealing with him); when I asked why not let your customers know they are experiencing out-of-stock issues, he told me, "well, it's not worth my time to notify the customers because that would take too much of his time.?" I couldn't believe he said this, so I asked, "It's not worth relating a backorder issue with your customers? So I said, " Well when a customer runs out, it's a pain to go through the process of weaning their dogs on and off food. He remained unapologetic. Not excellent customer service at ALL.I hope all the five stars don't ever have an issue because you will find the truth in my review. That was my last order, and I had been ordering from them for a couple of years because my daughter had been a customer for about four years. I try my best to patronize small businesses, but being smaller doesn't give you the right not to be accountable for poor behavior. Like I said, when you have an issue, they don't own up to it. When I questioned their Turkey recipe, which was changing to a turkey/pork mixture, this gentleman was less than polite and seemed agitated that this Lil customer was asking him questions. That's what customer service does. They politely answer ALL customer questions. This company appears to be "spend your money and don't ask questions don't you dare complain. It says a lot about a company in how they handle customer complaints. No company is worth taking the customers' money and not being accountable when everything is not perfect. A customer complaint should be a way to improve your business. Start with hiring a pleasant person for customer service who is not an owner who takes complaints as a personal attack. Repeat customers are the lifeblood of any growing business.

I have been ordering this food for months. Spending ALOT of money. Average $400-$600 monthly for 2 large doodles. Food isn’t the problem. My problem is with the owner. As long as I was buying and spending a lot of money we had no problem at all. Always very very nice and friendly. I likes speaking with her on the phone. On July 13,2021 our food was delivered and both boxes were busted open. . One box was delivered upside down and the other on its side. One box had no sign of dry ice as in a empty bag where dry ice had been placed and melted during the process. Which is normal. The other box had a empty bag where dry ice was placed and of course had melted. Which is normal. The top part of both boxes were not cold to the touch. The bottom of both boxes were fine. Each box has normally 20+ packs each box each order. I done what anyone on earth would do and called the owner to tell her what I had received. She immediately responded with a negative tone. I told her one box had no empty bag where dry ice had been placed and she said “The food does not leave here with out having dry ice” I responded with this one box did not have dry ice. She got very rude about the ice. As much as called me a liar without calling me a liar. She ask me how many I thought needed to be replaced and I responded with 8 in each box. She said honestly the food should be ok to feed with no problem...I have been feeding raw for a long long time now. I did not feel safe feeding those not cold bags to my puppies to be on the safe side…..so I assumed she was replacing it and everything would be ok to continue on with my ordering. I told her I was going to contact Fed Ex about my package because to me this is the delivery persons fault. She said it wouldn’t do any good to contact them because they take no fault in anything and would not do anything about it. I still placed the call and like she said they said to contact the owner. As of today August 2,2021 (2weeks 6 days) I have not received one word from the owner. Not a apology of any kind. This is very upsetting to know that I placed my trust in this company to only receive a slap in the face. So beware! As long as you do not have a complaint everything will be great. As long as they receive your money. If you have a problem..we’ll it’s just that..Your problem!

My schnoodle has hard such a hard time finding a food for over a year now that she loves and doesn’t get tired of after a few days. It was a long struggle of so many different dog food brands that we went through to find All Provide. I am thankful to her CBD company, which truly cares about pets, who recommended All Provide as a high quality and fresh dog food company! She absolutely loves your food (Turkey is her favorite)! Thank you so much for making this... it’s picky dog approved!!

Cannot say enough about this amazing company! My pup never touched raw food until she had some from AllProvide and now she's waiting by her bowl every morning and night for meal times! Her coat is super shiny, her energy is consistent and she even sheds WAY less! Their customer service is also amazing- any and all issues get addressed and resolved right away. They are also the most affordable prepackaged raw food provider I've come across. I pay the same per month as I did with her kibble before. 5 stars across the board!

Began a complete fresh food diet for our Portugeses Water dog, Lilly, many years ago. .. The AllProvide pallet of fresh beef, chicken and turkey does the trick. .. A high quality, fresh diet shows in the continued health of our PWD, now age 12. .. The AllProvide folks are winners in our book. 2 Thumbs up!
