I am having a very hard time posting this review, but I hope this is to make the staff better with diverse customers. I've decided not to post a picture of the worker for safety concerns as well. The first time I came to this facility in November, I was dissatisfied with my service. One of the bank tellers gave me an extremely hard time. I felt judged and, I had a difficult time with her trying to verify my account from another credit union. She asked me for my ID (normal), and social security (which is also normal), and she wanted me to verify the address that was listed in relation to my account as if it wasn't enough evidence that the account belonged to me. I haven't experienced that much questioning with a bank before, but I let it go at the moment. I figured it was just the bank's policy. She wasn't very friendly and often looked me up and down while telling me, “Please stand behind the desk and monitor”, even though my information was on the screen. I didn't argue because I figured it was just a safety rule, but I didn't appreciate her tone.Coming back today, I surprisingly saw the exact bank teller from my first experience. She had a customer by her side behind the monitor and desk who seemed to be from the same cultural background as her. They were laughing and showing each other pictures of the customer's travel experience, but she didn't seem to have a problem with her doing similar things I did. I went to another bank teller who asked me for an ID and last 4 of my social (less questions compared to the previous teller). She was super friendly and helpful. I then began to tell the teller about my experience with the previous teller and asked her why is the other teller allowing a customer to stand behind the desk and monitor even though it was against their “rules”. The teller’s response was, “We aren't supposed to allow customers to stand behind the desk, but maybe she knows her.” (which is inexcusable).When I walk into a bank or any place of business, I would like to assume that employees are hired and trained with the utmost respect for customers of any background. I do not want to assume that the lady treated me differently because of my skin, age, and appearance, but it is hard to let that pass by. All rules should be applied to every single customer no matter how different they may appear. Everyone should be treated the same.

I love the ACU Credit Union and the people who work there. The mobile app is easy to navigate and using the remote deposit is a life saver!

My husband and I walked in on a Thursday afternoon to open a savings and checking account. At first we signed up for the queue with a kiosk that had next to the waiting area. However, that did not appear to do anything. It worked out though because staff was very attentive and offered to assist us as soon as they were available. All of our interactions with staff were super easy and friendly. The process for opening a savings and checking account was also easy. The app appears to be easy to use and reliable. Special shout out to Evelina who was very enjoyable to work with!

I applied for a loan with the ACU,and my loan representative was exceptional professional, nice and helpful in a short period of time. Needless to say it was done in minutes. Thank goodness for Tonya and her great customer service to me. I have been a member for many years and I am glad that I kept holding onto it. Thanks again Maggie

It was around lunch time so there were a few less tellers present however it was Still Expedient. I saw Miss Shere-Ann and she IS and Has ALWAYS Been TOP NOTCH with quickly and carefully handling my transactions to completion in a Very Pleasant and PROFESSIONAL Manner! SHE is Absolutely an ASSET to this organization. Highly Recommend.

I've been with ACU for 30+ years. They've never given me a reason to bank anywhere else. I recently opened a CD account to take advantage of a current special offer. They often have attractive investing offers. With ACU, I feel like I'm dealing with a small bank despite how much they have grown over the decades.

Been with ACU for over 30 years. Been very pleased with service and personal attention they've given us. I appreciate the fraud prevention program, watching out for unauthorized transactions and providing "just in time" contacts.

Associated Credit Union is the best credit union ever. It is so easy to do business without the hassle and everything is handled in a timely fashion. Thanks to all the staff for being great!

To describe Roxana in one word I'd easily say, Exceptional! But what encompasses that is the fact that she is thorough. She took time to find out what my needs were and explained all of my options and what could work best for me and my financial well-being. She was attentive, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I will definitely contact her if I ever need another loan and I have already referred her to a family friend. The employees at ACU have always been great but Roxana went above and beyond in my opinion with her service, which I greatly appreciated. ?

Mostly visit the Lakewood/East Point Branch. They are always friendly. Since moving out of state & having to use other co-ops, we have had no issues with them in supporting us. The recent cc app completed was easy. However, there was not clarity of the difference between the two cards and some of the text didn't match the promo at its completion.

It took some time to navigate. I lost work a couple times because I was trying to upload docs. Anything below 1.4 pdf was not acceptable so I had to determine another way to upload something acceptable. During that time I lost my work and had to begin again. The next time using this application would be much easier.

I have been a member for 6 yrs and have never truly used all of the benefits, however I can say now that I have a auto loan plus savings and checking the conversation with staff has always been amazing. Great customer service as well as wonderful benefits. Thank you for your service and providing opportunities for the communities
