Just like all the other reviews state, this estate sale company should be avoided at all cost. Integrity is not in their vocabulary. Yesterday I waited in line for over an hour and was the first person to enter the sale. The item that I had driven well over an hour for (and called to confirm) was mysteriously not there. When asked, Judy had some BS line about how two guys were fighting over it before I arrived. I was the first person there....Just another lie from a company that can't be trusted, last one she'll ever tell me. Never again.

BEWARE both shoppers and clients of this company. BEFORE you sign a contract with this company, you should attend one of her estate sales and listen to the people in line prior to the sale opening. You will hear story after story about her lack of professionalism, integrity issues, under hand dealing, and just plain disrespect. Today was no exception. 1.She will state prices on items prior to a sale. She did so this week with an item. 2. Arrive early to her sale and wait in line. 3. Door opens and she has decided that she wants interested parties to engage in a sealed bid auction starting at a price 64% higher than her stated price on the phone. 4. Said she would do it "right now" put price on paper with phone number. I don't want to make you wait. Another example 1. She will confirm availability of an item via phone call prior to a sale with stated price. 2. This time, I arrived at sale and was 1st in line about 5 hours prior to sale opening. 3. Sale time. Door opens and the item that I went for is at front checkout with a sold sticker on it. Asked how that happened. She said someone is called and is bringing her a check for it. I will not do further business with this individual.

I would give zero if that was an option. I went today to 1/2 deal sale. They said the rugs are also half off. I asked about the origin of rugs and they said, the owner is present and she can give me more information. I made a deal with the owner to take both rugs for $300 including the tax. Ms. Friedman got so upset and not only wanted to collect tax but also wanted me to pay $200 extra after I made a deal with the owner. She was so offensive and gave me hard time because of having an accent. She is a discriminator and rude person. Right in front of many customers and employees she accused a Hispanic family of stealing plastic cups. I am going to sue this company for discrimination and put them out of business. I can not believe home owners do business with such awful person and company with zero rating. She wasted a lot of my time and humiliated me in front of many people. We must stop this kind of offensive behaviors in our society. We teach our kids everyday how to respect other nationalities and this kind of people keep on being bully, prejudice and still stay in business. If you want to join in taking legal action against this company, please call me 7703696364. Thank you!

1. The MAIN thing that upset me was checkout. They tell you that you can pay with debit/credit. The lady taking payment seemed to find their payment phone app so hard to use. They don't have any kind of card swipe tool (usually PayPal or Square gives you these for free. I know, because I am a small business owner and I use both.) Fine. She said she has to type in the number. Okay. She gets to the card number screen and asks me to SAY MY FULL CARD NUMBER OUT LOUD. There were 3 customers and two employees within earshot. I said "I won't say my card number out loud, but I'll type it in for you." She said "I will not let you touch my phone." I know we're in a pandemic, and I can respect that, but she said it in a way like I'm about to steal her phone or something??? Super snappy and rude, I was just stunned. Luckily, I had a family member there who paid cash for me and I then paid her back in the car, using Venmo. Took 5 seconds. 2. Items are overpriced. On the 50% off day, items ended up being what I would say is a fair retail price, not a deal. It's fine, just a small note for anyone wondering about their pricing. 3. Very disorganized, especially jewelry and plates/dishes/china. 4. They DO NOT watch or guard the hold table. People took some of our items, paid and left with them. Just very disappointed with that. I will never go to another sale with their name on it, and I would suggest that homeowners go with a different estate sale company. I'm sure more money can be made with a polite staff that encourages people to put their items in a safe place so they can BUY MORE without their arms full. It's a common practice, not sure why they're so bad at it.

I'm a avid estate saler, went to one of the sales. Costume jewelry was everywhere. I sifted through it and found a few nice things. Went to pay. They wanted to charge me for fine jewelry instead of costume. It's not my fault that they missed the pieces I found. They need to work on their customer service skills, because it's very lacking in that department. The other items were terribly overpriced. I won't be going to any more of their sales.

Items advertised for sale, were not available at the sale. I found out from the owner of the home, the items I was looking for had been removed and should not have been on the advertisement. When I was checking out, I ask the lady putting on the sale about the items and she said the items were all purchased first thing. This was a lie, they were never available. I was the 3rd person in the door and this was the first day of the sale. You don't need to lie. If you would have told me the truth, I wouldn't be leaving this review. I spoke to a few other people at the sale, who were looking for different items that were not available or advertised but not for sale. One guy said this is not the first time he noticed this with this company and he said he is going to stop going to your sales. I'm with him, avoid this company

I should had checked the reviews before I went to the estate sale which was managed by Atlanta Antique and Estate Liquidators. It was overpriced and overcharged without receipts. $53+$6=$59 but the lady charged me $60!! The company will round the number in their way.

Ridiculously overpriced. Some items still had the original price tags on them and they marked them double what was paid when brand NEW! They say "grab a pile and we'll give you a great price" and when the price wasn't great at all they treat you like you're cheap and not worth their time. Horrible experience and I felt cheated in the few items I did buy because I know I overpaid even on the 50% off day. I can't imagine who would hire them with the bad reviews I've seen. At the end of the sale the entire house was still full!

Don't waste your time. The lady in charge was not friendly. Brought tubs full of stuff. She tried to charge us a bulk price that was more than if you added them all up separately. While she was telling us that we were getting a great deal. We removed items, because too expensive. She kept quoting the same price. We had to call her out on the individual prices were less.

The worst. The rudest woman and the prices are way too high! If you are thinking about hiring this company, you are doing yourself a great disservice. If you do go to one of her overpriced sales, make sure you research every item you think you may want, as I am certain you will find them for much less online, or find out that the items you want are not what they are being sold as. I almost bought a piece of artwork and was assured of the artist, but realized that nothing I was being told was true. Terrible!!! I will never go to one of her sales again. Beware!

The owner was yelling at her employers and customers. Lied to my face about makes and models even when I proved to her on the internet, she just said she'd done her research, when in fact she was pricing things based on several models above what they had. It was cheaper to buy new a lot of things in the sale. This company is a rip off.

Worst estate company in Atlanta. I go to a lot of sales. Prices are consistently the highest in town and the owner is consistently rude. I've crossed them off my list as a buyer.

Stopped by a sale they were having off bells Ferry Road, it was 1/2 off day. they had a ton of books in the basement, the worker down there said they were really cheap and make a pile. so I did and I had a big handful of books and one other item. the other item was $8 then inspite of the sign saying books $2 when I got to the checkout they were $8 each and she'd let me have them for $4. Very rude people, I didn't get the books. the house was a mess, almost no organizing of anything. I did see a box of multiple items I was interested in the entire box and she said $75 we just pulled those out and no one had seen them yet. I said no thanks. I feel sorry for the people that owned the house that they were doing the sale for, tons didn't sell for the reason of being way overpriced and the unfriendly attitude of the workers.

The owner of this business is very rude. I have had her tell me that I was "stupid" for passing on an item. Additionally, she often has "blowout" sales (repeat of a previously held sale) because of the amount of stuff that was not sold the first time. However, be skeptical of the "deal" you are getting. Like the other reviewers report, she is constantly yelling that she is making deals and "everything is 70%-80% off." But, the prices are inflated and things that are unmarked she makes up an arbitrary price that could not be the price with 70%-80% off. Again, like another reviewer wrote, she is definitely baiting and switching folks!
