Vu and Bearington were an absolute blessing! I’ve never had better customer support from an AT&T store! I’m very pleased with the way they treated me, and will definitely be going out of my way to go to this store instead of others.

Unbelievably bad experience. I was sold the wrong iPhone—128GB instead of the 256GB I clearly requested. When I returned the next day, the same employee, Valeria, lied and claimed she told me, and the manager, Barrington, took zero accountability. He said he watched the camera footage and blamed me for opening the phone, as if that excused their mistake. Then, when AT&T corporate couldn’t process the refund, he demanded to see my personal and private bank statement to “prove” the charge went through—accusing me of lying again. Completely unprofessional, dismissive, and shady. Overall an insulting treatment of a paying customer. Avoid this store at all costs.

Great experience again this time Emily taking five star care of our digital needs for the family! She did her White glove magic and got my child service for five dollars a month. She also got me an Apple Watch for $.99 and I’m so thrilled!! I was able to get an appointment, a short wait and then personal service with a basket of selections for me... I couldn't be happier and staying with ATT!

Worst store ever, no customer service! You walk in employees just walk around and do not assist customers at all!!!! I went there twice was not attended!! I could see the employees walk around and do nothing!!!

Otyren is amazing. He and Oscar took great care. Even after the number transfer got complicated Otyren jumped into over drive to ensure we were well taken care of! He needs to train EVERYONE on how to be personable, relatable and treat customers either way exceptional care! We switched from another carrier because your staff was helpful ,

I purchased an Android watch for my 8 year old daughter who was extremely excited to own one. After over 2 hours, the 2 reps were not able to set it up properly. My daughter and I left confused, disappointed, and extremely hungry. We missed dinner that night, and my daughter cried all the way home.

I’ve come in here 3 times this week. Its always a wait and the manager is always sitting in the corner talking on the phone instead of assisting customers. ALL THREE TIMES!! Its the same bald man sitting there laughing on his phone while customers are waiting for help. Insane. The associates will also tell you anything just to get a sale. I was mislead about 4 different things to the point I had to leave and call at&t instead to get correct information. I will not be returning to this store.
