Worst customer service ever! Would not give me a phone that was in stock because I was just upgrading and not a new customer. 3 days later my phone has not even shipped! Yesterday I tried to cancel the order so I could go to a different store, but online, over the phone and in the store in person, it could not be cancelled even though it hadn’t shipped.And on the internet side, I’m paying $20 a month more because I’m an existing fiber customer. New lines get $20 discount if they also have wireless. I would have to cancel my internet service and then restart it to get the discount.So much for AT&T’s marketing line that all customers get treated the same. Reality is they only care about new customers!

This guy absolutely saved my life. I thought I was gonna be hacked and ruined. He went through all my accounts and helped me you’ve got a fantastic employee I would hire him in a heartbeat thank you AT&T for having such confident employees Robin McMahan.

This placed scammed me. Back in January I signed up for a promotion with the iphone 13 that came with a discounted monthly fee. An employee signed me up with the wrong phone and I was forced to pay the regular fee each month. The store manager agreed to manually discount my fees each month after what happened. On the other hand, I had to constantly remind her to do so and at some point she just stopped. It is now October and I am still stuck with this bill that is not in my budget!

Epic customer service fail, AT&T at The Forum!! I came in to buy a new iPhone and was told that they would not be able to finish the download before they closed and I would have to leave and come back to finish the process. I was going to be spending $800 and they were not willing to complete the process in one trip.

Upon entering the store I was greeted with friendly hello’s how May we help you. Mr. D. Revill was very knowledgeable and explained all my concerns to me. I have been with AT&T for quite sometime I just wish that for loyal customers we would get more perks like coupons, % off, a pay your bill rewards card. This store was once on the back side of the Forum hidden from shoppers but know it is noticeable and vibrant.

If I could give zero stars I would. 2 employees clicked out & left while we were waiting. I have a bundle & I'm considering moving to another company.Oscar saved the day & kept us as customers! Good employees are what keeps customers with a company.

Came to get a new phone today. I walked in and no one spoke acknowledged me. I walked around for about 5 minutes. There weren't that many customers, but with 2 employees it doesn't take that many to be too much. I already knew what I wanted, would've been easy. but i left. Maybe had they shown they intended on helping me at some point i would've waited. oh well.

Good service is so hard to come by. Great service is near unheard of. So imagine my astonishment when I received some of the best service ever from the team @ AT&T Peachtree Corners. Knowledgeable, efficient and so much personality: Nolee is really the jewel of this spot. THANK YOU GUYS for helping me get my upgrades handled. ♥️♥️♥️

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with this AT&T team (store manager and Anthony)!We switched 3 iPhones and 2 i-Watches over from Verizon and they couldn’t have been more helpful as it was a process, especially the i-watches when you don’t have the right passcodes :)The patience and thinking outside the box from the two of them got us all squared away and I couldn’t be more thankful!Again, we had an absolutely great experience and recommend them to everyone!Paul M.
