I needed to have my car scanned and the store manager Andrea told me she couldn’t help at the moment that I could take it outside and scan it myself lol I tried to do it and it didn’t work. Didn’t know I was a mechanic or worked form auto zone

This is the first time I have visited an AutoZone location here in Georgia, this place does not have competent customer service personnel, people who are not suitable for a service center like AutoZone.
In the parking lot, nothing can be done, however, there are some gentlemen providing mechanical services there! (Who knows if they are honest)
I was changing a tire on my truck and one of the girls who works there arrived, rudely telling me that I couldn't do that there, and that if I wanted to do it I should do it at my house and not in the parking lot. To which I told her: “We're on vacation and I need to service my brakes and tires” (it only took me 30 minutes) and she left upset, I went back to the store and I wanted to ask her if she was the one who was talking to me. in the parking lot to which he denied it and ignored me, they need to rectify their employees there!

Bad service from the employees of this store. I requested the favor from another store and they called and asked if they had the part I needed. Here they said that if I came to this store and they didn't have the part.

Hands down first-class treatment. I was truly amazed at how attentive, professional, and helpful the staff was for my problem. It wasn't a complex one but I don't know anything about cars. They were extremely helpful and thorough. A-1 customer service. Shout out to Andy and Angel. For younger employees, they really had a great professional decorum.

It's interesting to go to an Autozone in Atlanta where most locals take MARTA. They did carry the spark plugs I was in search of. Thanks Randy for being so helpful.
