I rarely leave reviews but the female manager named Isabella was extremely rude and professional. Whoever promoted her should see how she interacts with customers. Gross !

Terrible service, they made me waste two hours of my time being with a store, they sent me to the other one, many teenagers who have no idea what they are doing, and on top of that, they get upset if you tell them to do their job.

It's 940pm and the store is supposed to close at 10pm and the staff has the doors locked and not allowing any customers in. They are counting their cash tills. They are not answering the phone to explain why. I was in the store earlier and was verbally told by the male associate that they close at 10pm. I has a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience and to have this happen is unacceptable.

I needed help to charge my car battery the lady was mean she said she can’t help me because it says I return it and they give me the money back no no I change for another battery so I come home call another AutoZone lady told me to take it she is going to charge I’m going next day because I had a headache because of the other lady

they gave me the wrong size battery. when I had to have recall work done I had to replace the battery because it was the wrong size. the manager named John or Juan V. was very rude and unprofessional. he didn't want to make up for their mistake. I don't know how they have someone like that working there

I had a bad battery and they replaced it without hesitation (i didn't even ask). Service is everything, and they gave it.

I was able to test my car battery and replace it with a new one with good assistance. Had no issues, service was well done.
