Even though I didn’t have the physical receipt for a pair of pants I received at Christmas, an employee named Walker was extremely helpful and was able to get me a gift card for the value of the product. All in all, a great experience.

Martha absolutely has great taste. I was confused on what I wanted. I decided to upgrade my closet with a classier look. This was the beginning of my journey for a new style and Martha helped me pick out 3 outstanding complete outfits. She was so patient with me! I walked in and out the store 3 times confused what I wanted and hesitate. The third time I came in she still welcomed me the same and I felt comfortable. I was literally there for over a hour. This is my favorite location. Everyone else there was so nice and helpful. Thank you.

So disappointed in a purchase and with the way it was handled by the store manager. I bought a beautiful green silk blouse last fall. Although I had it dry cleaned, I noticed that the tag said hand wash, so I decided to do that, and it came out looking horrible. The color was faded, and the blouse was ruined. I took it to the drycleaner to see if dry cleaning it would help, but it didn't. I went back to the store, and the store manager said there was nothing he could do because it was over 30 days. He asked me if I had a receipt (since when do you need a receipt when you buy something at BR with a BR card)? He then said he would never wash silk. I told him the only reason I washed it was because the tag said it was washable. He wouldn't budge and said he had no way of knowing what really happened to the blouse. I felt like he was just making up all kinds of excuses to not take the blouse back. So now I am stuck with this blouse that only looks decent when it is covered up by a blazer. I will never shop at this store again.

I love Banana, the location in Peachtree Corners is my favorite one. They have way more inventory than any other store outside the perimeter. You’ll find the most inventory at Lenox Mall. My least favorite location would be the Avalon, and this is because there clearance racks are minimalist!

Ask for Tisha! I had to get a suit for my sister's wedding. I was feeling a bit self-conscious because I don't wear women's clothing. I felt like Tisha could sense how tense I was about the ordeal. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time and even made me laugh. I ended up with a suit that my sister liked and I felt comfortable in. BR just may have gotten a lifetime customer, all thanks to Tisha ?

Spent $80 on a sweater for my son and would think it would last an entire season! No it got holes in it within the first two wash’s!! Using hand wash and line dry! Very poor quality! A good sweater should last you years!! Don’t waste your money like I did!

Super rude staff! They turned the fitting room lights off when we were in there wanting to purchase a suit. I understand that y’all close at 7 but it’s extremely rude to turn the lights off and then laugh about it behind the counter. The girls at this location are extremely unprofessional and rude.

I walked in this store around 4:30-5 on 8/10/21, not one associate greeted me. I walked the entire women's section and near check out counter, saw associates but they never spoke. As I was leaving not one associate said have a great day, but I held the for another guest who was leaving and the associate acknowledged her. It is a shame that this is still going on 2021. I'm actually closing on a home being built in the area and went to check out the shopping forum with my daughter. I won't be back, I'll go to buckhead where they actually have a selection.

I felt I was being stereotyped by the staff. I was not greeted like the other customers as I walk into the store . I got very uncomfortable feeling and the staff was not friendly or warm hearted to me as a customer. You should have the same behavior to all customers no matter who they are or look like. Very unfriendly shopping experience at a store I love and a cardholder as well. I would never shop at this location or recommend family or friends to shop at the unfriendly store .
