About Birchwood Foods
Birchwood Foods is noted for its generally quick and efficient unloading process, often completed within one to two hours. Staff, particularly at the gate, are consistently described as nice and friendly. Drivers should follow instructions, avoid arriving more than an hour early, and must not block the road. There is no overnight parking, with the closest option being Petro Atlanta. A significant complaint involves a strict policy and a $150 charge for disposing of shipping airbags left in the trailer, requiring drivers to leave immediately after unloading. Occasional delays and garbage left in trailers have been reported.

Easy to check in, and then you’ll wait at the staging area for a door , could take 1 to 2 hrs between check in and unloading process .
