They got me too! Billed my card for the monthly membership and disappeared. No phone or website. What is the plan? They need to be tracked down. I don't appreciate being gaffled! & they shouldn't get away with it! How about FOX5 News Investigates?

they still charged my monthly membership of $24.99 knowing they were under new management and closed until February... number on file is no longer in service and website is no longer available. Why would they still be charging customers?

Scammers. Business has closed down with no way of contacting them and are still charging for monthly subscriptions. Phone number not working, no replies to emails and website is gone.

I'm enjoying running my cars thru the wash. I love the way it's lit up and it does it swell job and with the free vacuum cleaner and drying/ detailing rags available gives me a great experience and a clean automobile.,,

Horrible customer service, employees act clueless...Went to wash my van and one of the big roller brushes at the beginning broke my antenna off. Filed an incident report and now it's my fault that their car wash broke my antenna...saying that my antenna had a slightly bent tip is the reason that it got caught up and broke it off... DO NOT use this car wash unless you plan on paying for your own damages to your vehicle caused by their system.

Hands-down, the best car wash in the city. From the customer service all the way down to the microfiber towels that they provide. Most carwashes make your purchase them. Not to mention they have the strongest vacuum cleaner I’ve ever experienced at any car wash! Make sure to pick up anything of value pods type flour before becoming. Otherwise it’s gone forever!. Highly recommend!

Terrible car wash with little to no one running it. I went through and I got hit by a car in the front and the back. Was honking my horn for 20 seconds prior because car in front stopped moving and went off the track. No sensors to sense it at all. They stopped and look and then went and started it again, same thing happened and I had to lay on my horn again. I filed a report when I got out and no one contacted me and had to go back in 3 times for someone (not even the manager) to talk to me. The manager never contacted me and someone said I have to file police report and that there is nothing they can do to help me or reimburse me. Canceled my membership today and never going here again. I added pictures of the car on my back end.

Recently received damage from the Norcross facility. And was disregarded by the site manager Daniel Jenkins and on-site supervisor (who is very combative and lacks de-escalation skills) telling me that this scratch was already on my vehicle as if I don’t look at my vehicle everyday. And they were able to determine that by video footage for a scratch you have to be close up to even notice.I need someone above the managers to actually speak with regarding this. Because I will not stand for a company I paid monthly for almost a year completely disregarding me, and not accepting responsibility for what there machinery caused.This is my second post because because the company recently responded stating I went in cursing and angry. When I in fact was very polite in filing the report as they asked and waiting for the manager who never responded to me. All the while the on-site supervisor insinuating and accusing me of lying about a scratch from the beginning. No one has reached out to me and even spoke to me and this is how I know they are internally communicating and trying to sweep this under the rug.This is a rare case I understand, but in the event that damage is done to your vehicle on this site as it was to mine. PLEASE BE WARNED they will not provide any solutions or take any accountability. I am not even seeing this company accredited with BBB which is how you know they have no intentions of providing actual service in these events.Instead they will respond on Google regarding an alleged attitude, instead actually responding about the issue which is the damage to my vehicle. As if this is high school.

When they first opened up it was great I even had a membership but then I noticed overtime that wash wasn’t good and I would still have to wipe down and even the tire shine wasn’t that strong even tho I had the $30 value . Cancelled my membership I few days ago but I had stopped coming here along time ago .Service: Auto detailing

This was my first time at this car wash a few days ago the two young men Brandon and Chris were exceptional and went above and beyond! When i first came in they gave me about 3 car fresheners and gave firm clear instructions of what to do when i went through the wash, I noticed that i still had bird waste on my car and the young men gladly told me i can go through the wash again and they will scrub it off!Brandon also gave me a nice tire shine that lasted a long time!Thank you for the amazing service i will be coming back soon for a membership :)Services: Scratch removal

Let me start by saying that I am a frequent customer of this establishment. I've been coming to this carwash ever since they opened. I loved the customer service and overall amenities provided so much that I signed up for one of their membership plans.With that said, it only takes one sour moment to ruin a relationship and today was that moment. Last week I visited Blue Sky and decided to use the middle area to vacuum and detail my car. I noticed that none of the air blowers were working and proceeded to alert one of the representatives. They indicated they were not in service, however, the air blowers located alongside of the building were in service. I moved my vehicle, vacuumed and detailed what I needed, and was on my way.Today, I visited Blue Sky again. Same issue with the air blowers in the center. The only two individuals working was a young guy with blondish looking hair, and a young lady with curly looking hair. I walk inside the building to confirm if the center blowers were still broken. The young lady responded that they were not in service. I asked if I could use the ones nearest the building... keep in mind they were blocked off with the cones. The young lady responded they could not open the lanes because it was not during their "peak" hour. I responded "I understand that, however, you have a paying customer that is trying to utilize a service. It's not my fault that the center ones are broken." She just stared at me as if I was stupid and there was nothing that could be done. I asked if the owner was aware about what was going on and she responds "he's on vacation". I responded "I understand if he's on vacation. However, I'm sure he values customer service and would make the decision to open the lanes with the working air blowers". As she sat down by the towel folding area, she just looked at me and said "we were not trained to do that and there's nothing I can do".If the owner is reading this... I would implore you to retrain the workers you have on staff. To receive such poor service was not acceptable. In addition, I understand they have to come in early to get the stations prepared and I empathize if they are tired. However, there are no smiles, no friendly customer service, and no initiative to make common sense decisions. I felt as if I was being serviced by zombies.Please don't lose customers due to poor customer service.
