I am 62 years old and an AARP member I book my car rental reservations through Expedia AARP travel desk each time I go to pick up a rental car I am told no available cars since I rented through a third party. Michael at this location I spoke with him this morning to find out picking & returning the car rental at 2pm Michael did not have the common decency to tell me no cars were available I catch an Uber to pickup the rental car no car available he thought cars would be delivered that is a bold face LIE join Expedia AARP have been informed of these practices with no prior resolution.

This place owned by an individual - meaning your Not able to call Budget 800 number & get answers or assistance- Anything due to over charges that location deals w/. ( &NO THEY WONT)ENLESS this is the Only place you can get I guess rent from them They will have your Return day on SUNDAY- they're CLOSED ON SUNDAY-So they hit U w/ an extra day fee & return fee comes to an extra 100$.They Manager will tell U 1 thing & employees tell you something different.Was Not a Good Experience- dealing w/ bank cause of Overcharges- Alot of wasted time & frustration cause they feel the Need to Nicole & dime U

Brandon helped give us the best experience we have ever received from a car rental agency. He was extremely thorough and was able to answer all our questions at a high level. Thanks to him we were able to provide all necessary documents upon arriving. He was multi -tasking with multiple phone calls while helping in house customers while getting us all checked in. Thank you for making this a great experience for us Brandon, best in the business!

Poor customer service at this location and Lavista Road location as well- same ownership and management. If you were to have an issue, you will not be able to reach the area manager or get a response. The catalytic converter went out on the junky dated Mitsubishi rental they assigned me. They offered no apology or compensation and they never responded to my email or phone call afterwards. The outdated Mitsubishi car and myself smelled of rotten eggs after the converter went out/bad…and it was only a 1 day rental! I recommend going to another Budget location or rental car company altogether.

The worst car rental company I have ever done business with. Do not I repeat, do not do business with this company and I made an appointment call multiple times to confirm when I showed up to pick up my rental. They were clueless and did not provide any type of help. This was a very important trip, and I trusted this company to provide a rental and it did not deliver

So if you're even a little bit late there's no way to pick up your car. Not a single budget open the whole weekend and you then have to wait til Monday to rent another car. Ridiculous. Get a lockbox, people.

I reserved a truck for a one way rental a month ahead of time and went to the location the day before ton confirm and called the morning of to see if I could pick the truck up earlier and was advised it wouldn't be ready until 4pm. I was totally fine with that since I selected 4pm during my reservation. However, I show up at 4pm and they don't have a truck which doesn't make sense considering I called earlier in the morning so it was confirmed that I was coming but none the less the lady ask me to drive to another location to get a truck and I was fine with that because I really had to load the truck and get on the road, however when I go to that location, she's calls me while I'm pulling up at the location and says they don't have one either and I need to go to the Laweranceville GA location. I then ask if I'm being Compensated because that's a long drive with gas prices at $5.00 a gallon at the time and she says No, so I ask for corporate number and I call corporate and explain everything and they were very apologetic and ensured me they would make it right and that a district manager would call me and make this right within 2 hours. I have never heard from the district manager and it's been over w month. Thankfully I didn't sit around and wait and I contacted UHaul and got a truck and left anyways but It was a really bad experience

Bec6they said they'll work with me over the phone but when I arrived it was an completely different atmosphere and he tots act like he had forgotten about what we discussed and he was the only person in the office that day

Reserved a car and took uber there to pick it up less than an hour later. When I arrived a person quickly came out and told me to not let the uber drive off as they had no more cars available for rent. Very disappointing experience.

Im still trying to figure out how a 4 day rental is suppose to equal $928. Blows my mind. Area I traveled to flooded so the reroute in my drive added an hour. Apparently 1 hr late is $127. Tried to call in advance but no would answer the phones. I paid in advance and was told full coverage insurance was mandatory. After paying $391 in advance, I was asked to pay an additional $410 for deposit and insurance although I had insurance coverage. Just dont use these folks unless you want pricing shock at the counter.

The Young lady and gentleman helped me. I was in very impressed with Budget selection of Trucks and Vans. Gotta work on Pricing Now!! ?
