I am not satisfied with this service at all. I was involved in a 4 car pile up and the at fault insurance referred me to this company. They connected my headlight to my turning signal causing my car to stall. I took it back picked it up the second time and my seats were soaking wet, which caused extreme condensation to all my windows and now it smells like mildew. All they had to say was bring it back and we will detail it for you. No apologies or explanation on how or why it happened.

My hood isn't even lined up with the bumper like it should be and before the accident it was. I took it back and they said it was a piece that clamps in but it's no clamp in area for the plastic piece that's causing my bumper to look off. Also I don't think they realigned my vehicle or checked to make sure everything was aligned and set to normal. My car goes to the right side very bad and I hear wobbling and a vibration on my right side. I would have thought they would have checked EVERYTHING to make sure I have a safe ride after the car had been in a accident. My car should have been realigned and EVERYTHING SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED.Services: Painting

Repairs were done very well. Looks great. And was fast. However, they never called to explain a single thing to me. Never consulted me. Never at all asked for my concurrence and when I did call the office lady could barely explain the estimate and what was being done. Clearly the staff don’t know what the technicians are doing. You never get to talk to a technician. It’s shocking how they do t I course you in any part of the repair process. Luckily it turned out well but information sharing is horrible. Consultation is completely absent. I guess we have to trust you 100 and assume it’s all gonna turn out. Luckily it did but this is not what a I expected. Try communicating!Services: Painting

Came in for an estimate on 8/11/23 to repair a bumper as customer self pay. I was going on extended vacation starting Sept 1st for 3 weeks. I called on August 22nd to schedule the repair to be done on September 25th, when I returned from vacation. I was told the repair could take several days. I made arrangements with work and alternate transportation.I called Friday Sept 22nd to confirm my appointment on Monday the 22nd at 8:30am. The person answering the phone stated they could not find me in the system and I said I should come back in for another estimate. I called today Wednesday Sept 27, spoke to the manager to make arrangements for my car to get another estimate…Turns out I was in fact in the system and I was indeed scheduled for Monday. She told me they are no longer taking self pay customers. Just so unreal and so beyond frustrating. It takes a lot of personal arrangements to be without your car for several days just to find out it was not needed.Now I will need to go to another competitors shop. Please spare yourself the time and check out another shop.BTW I tried calling corporate and the phone number says this company does not except calls.. so you know this company is probably tired of hearing complaints.
