We encountered an issue with the machine and were able to get in contact with the owner within 24 hours via their email. They were accommodating and eager to resolve the issue. The customer service is pretty good considering they operate remotely.⭐️ Pros to this car wash is it’s the only “touch free” automatic wash in the area which makes it one above the rest. It’s located right beside the self-car wash bays. ⭐️

I went tonight around 10:00pm and selected the $12 gold wash service however nothing seemed to be turning on so I contacted them by email and they responded in under 5 mins!! In which I was refunded and even told I get a free car wash. Very satisfied with their response time and how quickly they resolved the issue.

The machine took my money twice while trying to use it again. It just kept recycling and won't stop on a selection.

Easy to use and affordable also convenient since I don't live far from here. It got the job done. Only spent $5 just to do a quick wash nothing deep. The pictures are 30mins after leaving the car wash.

Great place to thoroughly wash your car. Been many times and always had an excellent experience. Nice and clean, machines in good working order and not at all overpriced. Will continue to use Cat's Car Wash for all my vehicles.

Good self car wash, bad part if something goes wrong you are on your own. So just be aware this is a good car wash just a bit older

I go to Cat's about every 2 weeks to wash under the hood of my car.Two weeks ago, after putting the money in the machine, I saw the green engine cleaner water shooting out through 2 holes in the rubber part of the hose, getting my clothes all wet, and making it almost impossible for me to use it! This happened in 2 different bays. The 1st time I went there, the ceiling was leaking down on my head!! A couple times the change machine wasn't working!! The owner needs to fix things right away, and not let them get worse!!Also, the water pressure is low in some of the hoses!! Owner needs to keep Cat's Carwash up better. He can afford it. He's got 2 self-serve car washes.

Cat's car wash is clean enough and provides everything you would need to wash your car and to vacuum your car out. The only thing that they are missing would be the towels or a way to dry off the water on the car. At least as far as I can tell. I did bring my own towels, so that was not an issue for me. I also brought my own wax, but they do offer spray on wax. I paid exactly 5 dollars and I started my wash at about 1:33 PM. I'm driving away now at 2:10 PM with a fully washed car and a fully waxed car. I did not use the vacuum since I didn't need it. For five dollars, I got pretty much the same wash that I would get at a $35 car wash that does it automatically for me. So, I suppose that it is definitely worth the value if you have the physical ability to wash your car quickly and efficiently. , If I had needed to put another five dollars then I feel like at $10 you could probably go to the automatic car washes and get a slightly better deal in that you don't have to put in any physical labor. It all depends on how valuable you feel that your time and energy are. If you feel that your time and energy are very valuable, then maybe go to one of those other car washes that does it automatically and you don't have to do anything except drive-through. On the other hand, if you like me and you can do physical labor, go for this one it's really simple to simple nozzles one nozzle for the foam brush to scrub I went over the car twice roughly and then a one that has a spray nozzle to spray the water and the wax from the same house. Bring a towel and dry it down at the end. I would highly recommend in electric battery powered blower to help you dry off the car, otherwise your arms gonna get sore. I did not see the manager, but there were a lot of people there washing their cars.

I used to love this place, but this might be the last time I use them. That is, until they replace all the broken equipment and machines. Today I picked the wrong bay and put in $5 without checking the wash gun. It was a broken one and even the nozzle was missing. Nothing worked except Rinse, and the jet went everywhere. So I moved to another bay, leaving that $5 unused and wasted. No one was there to refund me or activate another bay for me. The other bay barely finished the job. Nozzle was also damaged and at full blast all the time. The drain was slow, allowing soap water to build up around the car. Spot-free rinse was empty (happened before). I don't know why this place suddenly deteriorated so badly. Maybe because of the pandemic, or the fancier carwash next door? Such a pity because this was one of the better self-service wash I've been.
