Hello, Social media family and friends, I would like to take a few minutes of my time and share with you all , about my experience with, Concentra Urgent Care. I'm a FedEx worker and I recently got injured on my job and was sent there for treatment. First of all let me say this, I never heard of the them before and until now. When I first walked in to my departure, the service was stellar. I mean from the front of the office to the back, everyone was so pleasant and kind they greeted me with good morning and big smile and the energy there is so healing. So if you are feeling bad because of your injury. The healing energy there will make you feel better. Just for the record, I love going there for my treatment.

Each visit I had to wait a minimum of 40 minutes before I was seen. Apparently Concentra was never stocked with the medical material needed for the doctor to do her job timely. This place is the worst!

I recently completed a physical exam as part of a job application process, and I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism and efficiency of the entire medical team. From the moment I arrived, the staff demonstrated exceptional courtesy and competence.
• The receptionist greeted me with genuine warmth and a welcoming smile, setting a positive tone for the visit.
• The physician was outstanding—compassionate, knowledgeable, and attentive. Their approach reflected both wisdom and care.
• The lab technician was direct, focused, and highly professional, ensuring the process was smooth and precise.
Overall, I couldn’t have asked for better service. Each team member was clearly committed to excellence and carried out their responsibilities with integrity and purpose. It was a seamless experience, and I’m grateful for their dedication.

I showed up here weary and in pain. I accidentally strained the lumbar region of my lower back. I assumed I would be out of work for weeks. When I tell you this facility was 5 star; I mean it! I had injuries from playing sports when I was younger(20s) now in my (30s) and the treatment I received here was next level. After some brief paperwork and X-rays I received the best customer services ever! Their hospitality, knowledge, and care was specific to my injury. They were patient, assertive and yet attentive to the mission at hand. I concurred with their help! They had the appropriate tools to diagnose and treat my injury even allowing me to still work on modified duty to prevent further hiccups. I’m highly impressed! Big wins are always on the radar when doing business with people who are passionate about their profession! Thank you again Concentra at Norcross! Your team was rejuvenating! The front desk, the nurses, the doctors, the physical therapists and rest of staff I met were on point. I believe in giving credit where it’s due and yall did a great job with me. Drionna, Lorianne, Patricia, all were very professional and welcoming. Thanks again Kim for the workout plan, Doctor Gonzalez and Doctor Pratt! Yall enabled me life again!
