Again the customer service at this location was terrible. I called to ask for a receipt to be reprinted and they told me they couldn't do it. This is funny because I called the on in Sandy Springs and they had no problem helping me.

Very bad service and customer service in this place always always! When there is an offer on a purchase from a brand, for example today, Matrix steals your free product and gets upset if you ask for it, today because I noticed and complained. The company should take serious measures with this type of situation since they are a great company and these people are damaging their image. I feel like they take advantage of people who don't know how to speak English very well.

Can this location please hire more people? I’ve never had an issue with the one located in Lawrenceville(which is now further away from me). I’ve driven over to this location on a weekday (not on an holiday) and read a sign saying they were closed.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Yes, I am a licensed stylist and salon owner and have been to many of these stores around the state. Somehow everyone hired has a horrible attitude and you actually have to track someone down to come check you out every time. What a joke. Do better.

They deserve 0 stars. I guess this store isn't for everyone. I went in the store looking for an item and the two women in the front were immediately uncomfortable and it was written all over their faces. Instead of helping me find the item I was looking for they stopped talking and stared at me as I walked through the store. When they did finally ask me what I wanted, I was almost cut off mid sentence when I was told they probably don't have what I'm looking for, told me where I can find another beauty supply store, and ended the sentence with bye. Just by the women who were working there and the women that were coming in that store I can tell who their clientele was...
