I came to the store not expecting too much but the young girls really impressed me, especially the lady with the glasses that was attending me, I was able to buy a simple phone and with there costumer service I was convinced. Very good vibes, definitely coming back!

I did not catch the young girl's name, but she really needs to improve her customer service skills. Unfortunately, she provided incorrect information. Now I have to go back because she failed to mention that when repurchasing a SIM card, you need to bring the exact phone you will be using. I also advised her to work on her attitude.

Don't let them fool you. CRICKET SUCKS!! The young girl that works there is rude gots nasty attitude. Yall sell cheap phones just so people can go back and have to buy another one. I got the new 2024 Motorola and it glitches,screen freezes,the phone takes 4hours to fully charge! Do better cricket and that rude young girl with glasses. Fix yourself or someone can fix it for you.

Check your receipts anytime you shop here. They always push out bundle prices, all accessories can be bought sold here for $50 or over can be found on Amazon for much less. If you’ve ever shopped here go back and ask for a receipt of your transactions.
