The conditions of the rental were not shared with me during the sign-up phase. Then when I requested a refund a week prior to moving into the space, it was denied.

The manager is nice. This review has nothing to do with him. Because of where my unit is situated, CubeSmart has allowed cars to be constantly parked on the other side of the unit which means people cannot pass And leave the facility.. If I’m there moving my things they honk at me. The driveway is sloped downward so if you have a heavy car door, it’s nearly impossible to get your items in. Without the car door slamming. I have to turn the car around and head the opposite direction. The unit itself is not the problem. It’s spacious and clean.. The set up is terrible. The manager did offer me an opportunity to look at the unit Prior to moving in. I deeply regret not doing so. But it’s not just my unit any units that are along this one section are all blocked by cars that are allowed to park continuously on the other side. Absolutely ridiculous
