The rep was very courteous and knowledgeable of his job. Took only a few minutes to show me the storage that matched my need after telling him what I wanted.Real gentleman.

The storage unit was clean, and the management was accommodating when I didn't secure my lock correctly when I first arrived. They told me that they would give me a couple of extra days to return and correct it since I could not make it back within the 72 hours (I believe that is what it was) that they require to have it resolved. I appreciated them working with me.

Good de, some of the financial details were not disclosed until I got to the location. Staff was not courteous , caring or friendly.

Great Experience, it feels good to be on the receiving end of amazing customer service with a smile. This place is one of the cleanest storage places in the area. Eric was amazing !!

I would leave zero stars if I could. The manager Eric was rude. He did not want to walk me to my storage unit. He said that he was doing something. and when I told him that I wanted him to please show me where my cube he asked if I got the map in my email. I said that I did but I would like for him to show me. I also let him know that I had my own CubeSmart lock and ask him to refund me the cost of the lock he said that they didn’t do that and he couldn’t do it. When I told him that Customer Service said that they could, but he said that that wasn’t true. Eric walked fast in front of me like he didn’t want to be there and then when we open the cube, there was no lock on the cube before we opened the gate and there was the lock that I paid for on the floor and he did not give me the lock even though, he said that he could not refund my money. He was very unprofessional, and he acted like he couldn’t be bothered. Extremely rude!!

I came to check on my things, since someone set the sprinklers off a few weeks ago. I lost my key years ago during a move and needed to get the office to help me get in my unit. I left work early, drove 45 minutes only to find that the store closed, 45 minutes prior to the posted time (Today is Monday). And I mean locked and dark. Annoyed is an understatement. My unit price has doubled since 2019 and I’m sure I don’t need anything in there, at this point. Moving out ASAP.
