Knowing people hate to go through storage items or move them, Cube Smart lures folks in with specials and cut prices only to rapidly escalate their rental price far above market rates. Cube Smart is taking advantage of people.

My Stuff was stolen by wires being cut from the top of my indoor unit. Front desk did not help with video footage to help my police report. Stay far away from this place. Your stuff is not safe. And they will only reimburse you a fraction of what you lose.

Mary was very nice and helpful with any questions that I asked and the place is very clean. I would recommend anyone else to use cubesmart to put there belongings for a clean and safe place.

The climate control is 77⁰ & humid/musty. The facility is dirty old & in need of maintenance. Bathroom if it's unlocked is dirty. Very difficult to find the attendant on duty. Customer service is poor. The prices kept going up & the quality kept going down. Not worth it go find another storage company w/real climate control, clean facilities & friendly customer service...I did just that & moved out!
