I love this CVS. The fact that I can get things up until midnight post-pandemic without having to go to a gas station is amazing! I have surely missed the days when a lot of stores, including Walmart, were 24-hour establishments. This store usually has good sales when I come in and is never busy and always well stocked. I have also ordered through Uber Eats several times from here when I needed things I couldn't pick up myself - no issues. I don't usually see a lot of staff when I come in but have never had a problem with self- checkout. It's a good location if you need something late, especially and are in the area.

The pharmacy here is messed up. My step son went to the dr to get a prescription and I took it to this cvs. The guy at the counter told me that I would need a prior authorization from the dr office from the insurance to get this prescription filled ( and they didn't have the medicine there, they had to order it)that wasn't the issue. The issue here is as I was about to go back to the dr office to let them know about what I was told I would need, the same guy called me back to the counter and said that I could get my step son a 20 supply of his meds without the prior authorization, and I asked him twice if he was sure I wouldn't need prior authorization and he told me that I would not need prior authorization to get the 20 day supply. So I said ok, gave him the prescription back so he could put it in to be filled, since they had to order it due to them not having it at that time. This was on the 17th. My fiancé calls them yesterday to find out the status of the prescription and was told that we needed a prior authorization from the dr/insurance company, after he got off the phone with them, I called back and spoke to someone. I don't remember the woman's name, but she was rude. I usually don't let people get under my skin, but she managed yesterday. I told her what was said to me the day I dropped off the prescription and she was like I don't know if he said that, and that's not how we do things here. After a little back and forth and telling her that it's frustrating when my step son needs his medicine, and I was told no prior authorization would be needed for a 20 day supply and that was told to me by an employee in the pharmacy, that they couldn't do anything to help me because it's an insurance thing, ok but your employee told me differently. So long story short, we are trying to get this prior authorization taken care so we can get the meds, luckily we still had a few pills left on the last refill he had. Train your employees on the protocols so there is not this same issue in the future. What if it had been medicine someone really needed to have and left their prescription there lead to believe one thing, to just be told something completely different when the person calls to find out the status of their prescription......frustrating

this is the worst cvs i have in America . terrible service. ice cream frezzer with mold everywhere . would give zero stars if possible. great location no structure

This location doesn't accept manufacturers coupons. I downloaded a Zicam coupon in front of the cashier and he wouldn't accept it. I left and went directly to Publix, they had no problem accepting the coupon.

The one star is because it's kinda close to my job but that is useless if your customer service sucks. I recently started taking my prescription there because it is close to my job and I have had prescription at CVS before. Any who this place sucks the pharmacist has customer service skills and not pleasant. I am talking about the younger pharmacist. When I took my prescription there they never asked if I had questions or try to explain to me the process. One time I went there was one of the girls from the front , back there chatting away slowing down the process and wasting time. They were always out of my prescription so they say. They kept me in the dark, never once asked me if I would like to make that my main pharmacy, so I won't have to be driving around trying to fill my prescription. The pharmacist made me feel uncomfortable every time I went there, kept me in the dark did not explain to me the process or any process. So now I am at Walgreens, the first day I went in they asked if I would like to make that my pharmacy, I was so relived, they explained to me the process, and the service was excellent, to this date. No more CVS for me!

I was trying to use manufacturer coupons ,sadly a cashier told me they are not allowed to take them any more....only cvs cupons... That combination help a lot of customers like me and friends, save. I think this store is going to loose a lot of customers because of that.

Wow, this store has really gone down hill. CVS staff are never really outstanding but the staff in the store have given up. Customers are invisible to them, the store is dirty, unorganized and just feels gross. Not to mention everything here is way overpriced. This was a mistake, won't happen again

Worse service ever!! My prescription was not ready even though my doctor called for my prescription twice. I won't recommend it!! Choose another pharmacy.

Store is clean and well maintained. Associates are friendly and helpful. Due to location it is hard to get in and out of. There is a Redbox movie/game rental kiosk on site.

CVS: "Can't Vouch for good Service." Sorry, kids. This place makes me crazy. This is my closest drug store, so naturally I started using their pharmacy for my regular prescriptions. It only took about 2 months for me to realize what a mistake that was (much to my demise.) Staff was rude, gave conflicting information, and screwed up my refills, making me have to get more from my doc. One refill is worth 3 months, people. Not one. What is so hard to understand about that? But that's another gripe for another day. The real prob is their cashier staff. At first, I wasn't sure if it was a language barrier or their inability to listen or focus on one task at a time, but if I had to repeat the question "do you carry wax paper?" one more time, bringing the tally to a whopping 6, I was going to flip out on this lady. Ever since that occurrence, I seem to get her every freaking time I check out! I can't even count how many times I've stood up at that counter ready to purchase and have had to hunt down someone to ring me up. (It's a lot.) And tonight, she was so worried about what the news on the TV behind her was saying, she rang up the cough syrup twice and then negated me when I told her what she did. I only bought three things. THREE! And you rang up four. Pay attention to the task at hand and let me out of this godforsaken place. I'll be going out of my way to go somewhere else from now on.

I have been to this CVS a few times to get toiletries since I 've been here. It is just like the CVS stores back home, complete with everything you need to get you through your day. Or night. Except Armour All. I need to clean the ick of Texas off my car. The store clerk was very helpful. I asked her the whereabouts of a Radio Shack, as I needed to get a GPS unit so I could stop gettng lost. The I realized the perhaps there were no Radio Shacks down here. She told me to take Buford Hwy and make a right on Pleasant Hil and I could find everything I wanted. She was right. All the major stores are on that road. No radio shack, but I took a wrong turn and ended up at Pep Boys. What a happy accident! I got my GPS unit and will never have to bother people with questions about where things are again!
