Coming here was so last minute, as I just finished a long shift at work. I came in with the mindset to be in & out and to my surprise Kevin help me do just that.
I couldn’t find the special lotion I needed. Determine to find it myself I just couldn’t. Kevin stopped what he was doing to ask if I needed assistance & I took it. Not only did he tell me where it was, he walked me over to where it’s located & it was in stock! I was happy for sure. Thank you for a pleasant experience Kevin. I will be back for sure.
The combination of great customer service & fast check out warrants a repeat customer for certain.

The CVS at 5095 Peachtree Parkway seems to have a serviceable pharmacy, which is why this review isn’t a one-star. The remainder of the store is a disaster. There is no longer ANY staff to help at checkout and the self-checkout is glitchy at best. Yesterday I watched a man get so frustrated - after standing for several minutes looking for assistance - that he yelled “does anyone work here?” He was ignored until he got louder, then someone showed up from one of the aisles and begrudgingly helped with self-checkout. I watched an employee completely ignore the five people looking for checkout assistance, so I asked her if they were planning on opening the registers. She informed me that the registers were “open, but you need to go to the next one” - the next one being self-checkout. If I hadn’t needed the items I was trying to purchase, I’d have walked out without them. I won’t be attempting to spend my money there again.

Tried to tell me I’d owe for around $150 for Covid/flu shot despite having an Aetna insurance gold plan. I didn’t have the patience to sort out what they were doing wrong. Was told it might be related to my deductible. Was very clear staff didn’t understand deductible plans and even the high ones don’t apply on preventative in network care. Though I have a low one as is typical of gold plans. It’s even listed on my coverage. (See attached photo) I just left and scheduled somewhere else. If I didn’t have to go through them for vx I’d transfer my care like I switched pharmacies. I literally pay to go to Publix for my scripts these days because the small price difference wasn’t worth the headache I feel dealing with this location and the other one near me. I love the insurance not the local providers so much. Thankfully Atlanta is huge and I’m willing to travel.

Store is cluttered, barely staffed and there was ONE covid test in entire store! I get frustrated every time I go to this CVS, so I am done with it!

Absence of live checkout personnel makes it an unwelcoming shopping experience. (No change since last visit, but I returned, hoping for improvement. Location is very good, experience poor overall.) CVS has succeeded at falling far, far behind competitors.

It’s time for CVS to start taking a better care of some pharmacies. The floor of this unit is dirty, carpet ripped off which is not recommended for a health professional building. It’s disgusting to see our medicine being dispensed in a place that looks so bad! I’m even surprised this place pass any inspection.
