not wasting my time to write what I just did a survey on! PHARMACY LOVE THEM, DONNA IS A DOLL ... the hispanic gentlemen at the front who just dismisses ppl and say self check out is open while he chit chats to his friends in line , when I actually have a pick up he needs to get .... DIFFERENT STORY , Mr. we don't do returns even though CVS POLICY STATES The OPPOSITE and denies even when he is shown.. got my exchange no thanks to you , nice way to treat a customer who order was fulfilled WRONG BY CVS and not knowing your own company policy while sounding so sure of yourself. After I watched you return a cart full of item without a receipt? maybe I should've asked in SPANISH ? NO?

Horrible pharmacy… put in request for refill on RX 2wks ago. They bottle say there is 1 refill left…the app says 1 refill left but pending contact to provider. So I called talked to the tech and let her know I would pick up tomorrow. Guess what go to pick it up and still not ready Si now I’m out of meds and they’re giving me the run around about it. Do your self a favor, go to any other pharmacy other than CVS. 10/10 do NOT recommend this pharmacy

I asked for help from Mike who was so rude towards me from the beginning. He probably was mad because I asked for help and he was just rushing me the whole time. Mike’s rudeness makes me not want to shop there again.

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the service I received at your store. I have been a loyal customer for over seven years, but I was recently refused service by the manager, Amur Rahul, under circumstances that I found both unfair and upsetting.
Earlier, I came to the store but forgot my physical card at home, and my virtual card was unable to process a payment of $300. I went back home, retrieved my physical card, and returned to the store to complete my purchase. However, upon my arrival, the manager informed me that I would not be allowed to make the purchase. I offered to add whatever funds I had available, as I was in need of the items, but he refused service altogether and asked me to leave the store when I attempted to contact customer service.
This experience was deeply embarrassing and disheartening, especially as I have always considered this store my go-to location. I feel that the treatment I received was unwarranted and has left me upset, especially after years of loyal patronage.
I hope that you will take this matter seriously and address the way customers are treated, particularly those who have supported your business over time.

I had a very good experience. The cashier/employee was very attentive. When I walked in he was assisting another customer, but made sure to greet me and let me know he'd be right with me. Then he came right over, grabbed my online purchase - offered your care+ which I declined, then asked if I'd still like toi save money by using the coupon on my card. He was very efficient, friendly and helpful. Stellar experience for me!

My wife was there last Thursday evening (5/30). She bought several things-one of which was a bottle of eye drops for $11. When she got home and opened the small box, it was empty! Apparently someone had stolen or a mistake was made on packaging end? It happens. But when my wife went back to exchange the empty box for a filled one, the “manager” told her no!!! He said that “they don’t sell empty boxes, and there’s nothing he could do for her.” He told her to take it up with corporate. He basically was calling her a liar and a thief. She had her receipt, but wasn’t asking for a refund. This guy has no business being a manager! Send a >$15 issue to corporate?! This idiot couldn’t manage a lemonade stand.

I did not realize my review would be posted here, so here we go. I have come to rely on a sweet elderly gray-haired woman who knows where everything in the store is. I am taken to the ever spot anytime I asked for her assistance. She inspires me working as diligently as she does! Awhile back she had a little cough that she couldn't seem to shake. I recently had a disappointing experience at CVS Pharmacy. I dropped off a prescription, and the pharmacist had a question about it. Instead of calling the doctor's office directly, she said she sent a fax. When I returned nearly five hours later, the prescription still wasn't ready. To make matters worse, she told me I needed to call the doctor myself rather than following up with the doctor’s office herself. This lack of initiative and poor communication is unacceptable and extremely frustrating for customers relying on timely and professional service.
