Melicia - Worst associate at cash counter under manager Dre on Wednesday after 9:20pm. I was waiting in the cashier’s line and the black lady was behind me. Suddenly she went ahead of me to check on jewelry on the side display. After checking she was waiting there for her turn. When it was my turn I went to the cashier Melicia (black) she was really very rude. She told her manager that “ she doesn’t like me as I cut that black customer and went ahead of her”. Manager was really nice and he told her that he will take me. It was very embarrassing situation as she called on me in front of other customers.
Later I called the store and told the manager that he can check camera as she came from behind me and cut the line. Very disappointing experience.

They have great prices but the store was extremely messy and there was a huge line when we got up to the counter and they only had three registers and one of the girls working the register decided to just walk off and do something else so we were left with two cashiers and at least 15 people in line

Good deals on some things my only complaints are the ridiculous lengthy lines that you have to wait in checking out. It's like you are waiting to ride the most popular exciting ride with ridiculous amounts of people waiting. It's a nightmare I dread going in this particular Dd's

I love DDs but this particular location amazes Mee! The store is hardly ever clean. When I say clean I mean clothes and hangers all over the floor EVERY WHERE! The bathroom only gets cleaned once a day… not only is that unsanitary but disgusting!!! Other than that customer service is always great. I had a worker help me from the time I asked till the time I checked out. But the amount of money that this store makes I know because the line is always to the back of the store… they can afford to do a lot better than what is being seen done!?
