Having a terrible experience I have a package trying to get to them since September 19th and it seems as if no ones there to receive it. I’m not sure what is going on but this seems very unprofessional for a DHL.

Hello, I'm writing this review during my lunch time because I thought it's really important to appreciate an employee, Mila, for the excellent service that she's provided us during the last couple of visits. 8 months ago I had written a review which was not that great but I think the service at DHL has turned 180° to a level that we really appreciate them helping us with everything be it tracking or invoices, delivery times ...

I had an amazing experience with DHL thanks to the incredible customer service. I was lucky enough to get Paige as my service agent. She was warm and funny and made the whole process feel easy. I came in expecting to pay an arm and a leg for international shipping but the prices were much better than what I had been quoted elsewhere. The process was seamless from start to finish. The store was also very clean and both front agents were attentive. Pro tip: check the counter for deals because they had some discounts posted right on the paper in front of the register.
