After a surprisingly awful experience, using the Nike app to purchase some trainers, I decided to go brick and mortar, visiting this Dick's Sporting Goods location. I visited this store, some years ago and the service was poor. Just being honest. However, I decided to stop in today and WOW, what a difference! One of the associates ("Ron"?), greeted me straight away. That is not usual in today's retail setting, so I was impressed. I mentioned what I was looking for and without a huff, genuinely enthusiastic, Ron brought out trainers for me to try on. Unfortunately for me, I have WIIIIDE feet (Thanks Dad...), so nothing presented to me quite fit. No problem, Ron went on the company website and found my trainers in the width that I needed and I wound up purchasing them on line. I also purchased an additional pair, based on our conversation about other trainers that we looked at. I cannot say that my experience at this store is/was typical but based on Ron's service, I was certainly impressed. Enough to buy TWO pairs of trainers, when I initially came in for ONE.

I just tried returning a sweater I bought for my brother. The lady with curly hair just told me I can’t and accused me of washing it when I never did. She raised her voice and embarrassed me in front of the workers and the customers. Will not be returning especially if this kind of treatment is what represents this store. Crazy behavior from workers during holiday times is just going to create bad business.

Ejay helped me grab a barbell set, and even took a couple minutes to help me load it into my car! Great customer service. From the start he was professional, kind, and quick. The manager was also helpful. Good location

If you're not going to let people call your store, tell them to check online for availability, and it's says it's there. THEN IT SHOULD BE IN THE STORE. I drove an hour out of my way to come here. Garbage, why even have brick and mortar stores? The smiley dunce at the desk was nice though. .. Garbage.

the manager, or whoever it was, is very rude and accused me of already returning an item i was trying to return for the first time, because someone marked that i had returned this item before for some reason. the only reason i'm even giving this two stars is because the lady who was initially assisting me with the return was very patient and tried to find numerous ways to help me. however, the manager definitely needs some soft skill classes and proper training. won't be coming back, ever.

I went to this location today to return some clothing and Carla was amazing , she was really sweet and helpful. She was welcoming every costumer that entered the store and always smiling .I love this location !
