So let me start by saying initially I was very impressed with the selection of appliances. As I walked through the warehouse and found the stackable washer and dryer, my wife and I were looking for that suited our needs. As I interacted with some of the salespeople on the warehouse floor I asked several times to confirm that the store accepted Acima (I had already seen on the Acima website that the store was part of their appoved stores). As I made my final selection, I proceeded to the front counter and stated that I wanted to make the purchase through Acima. The person behind the counter without even making eye contact stated, "We are not doing Acima TODAY." I asked this individual if they were no longer a part of the Acima approved stores and again without eye contact stated."We are not doing Acima TODAY." Then he added,"Maybe on the weekend." It was clear to me that for whatever reason (although I have my suspicions), he did want my business. Without making a scene, I left and went up the street to V&G appliance depot (HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!) and got the washer and dryer combo that my wife and I needed at a great price with AWESOME customer service. Please be mindful of how people perceive you in their business. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone, and I have already reported them to Acima.

Great deals prices are perfect from tvs to home audio and car audio they have it all laptops blenders vacuums. Lee is great if need help ask for him! This place still does a great job beeen shopping here almost 10 years now and love it!

Mr. Pham was awesome to speak to about my subwoofer needs. Gave me a great deal on the klipsch spl-150 which I have been eyeing for my set up. Definitely recommend.

A+++ Purchased several TV's from DP's over the years. The TVs are all still working and have never had an issue. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable. and I will do business with them again in the future!

I had a wonderful experience here! I found a listing on Facebook Marketplace (of all places) for a television I'd been eyeing for quite some time, for a fraction of the price. I drove over after work and was in and out within minutes. They plugged in the television, showed me that it worked, and even assisted in getting it into my vehicle. I cannot recall the last time buying a television was so easy. While the location is a bit out of the way for me, they have certainly earned a returning customer.

I've purchased multiple TV's, soundbars, laptops, and other various electronics over the years from these guys and I keep coming back. They consistently have the model I'm looking for, and the prices are unbelievable. Do not hesitate to give these guys a chance, do not be put off by their open box units. Everything is exceptional and they stand behind their products.

My favorite electronics store. Great stuff at great prices. Get the TV that you drooled over two years ago at Costco or Sams at 1/4 to 1/3 the original price new.If you don't mind cosmetic issues and aren't a perfectionist -- check them out!

Bought a new in box LG Oled TV for a fraction of the price. Customer service was exceptional! They demo’d the TV upon purchase. No dead pixels and delivered as promised!
