I got a car that had an expired tag on it. The second one was fine though, it took me 3 days to get someone to answer my call when I was trying to get the original returned.I got through originally and told the representative what happened, they understood and were looking for my paperwork. 5pm hit and the phones were disconnected. I didn't get a call the next day or anything.. 3 days later the phone system finally connected me and the rep was like "OH YES, I remember you, sure come swap it out" but why did it take 3 days? Why didn't someone call me the next day? They knew the issue, they knew who I was, they knew I was driving their car on expired tags so why did I have to reach out to them again?Other than that the service was fine but it really irked me that the responsibility to fix this problem was entirely on me and who knows what is going on with their phone system.

i got into a car accident on tuesday & was assigned to this location for my rental car, they were no help ! they gave me cars that kept jerking & driving all kinds of messed up ! & gave me an attitude any time i mentioned it, they also cancelled the reservation the INSURANCE made for me simply because i returned the car. some guy who answered the phone said & i quote “if you can drive an hour away to pick up a car you can sit here & wait for an hour so i can give you a car” with a snarky attitude when i was telling him i needed a car & am willing to drive anywhere to get one. horrible staff.

I am very disappointed and angry I booked through the phone and next day I came and verified in person how important I was for me to get the van when I arrive on Wednesday the 20th van was not there since nobody wants to help. I feel helpless and very disappointed booking was for 8:30 a.m., and left at 10:15 a.m. Took 2 to get a rental van. My appointment had been. booked a days in advance.

original person who helped me was nice but the car they gave me was so bad, i had to trade it out at the hartsfield jackson location. also they literally NEVER pick up the phone i had to call the 1-800 for any help

By far the best customer service I’ve encountered. I rented a car on the 5th and had to extend it 3 times. The entire process was so easy. Jordan made me feel so appreciative of being a customer. He was so hilarious and professional at the same time. Hertz in Atlanta period can learn something from them. I highly recommend this location that I never knew was here. Love love love

I came in to book and I must say the staff was incredibly inconsiderate. Needed a rental for a family emergency and the young lady in the from was rude from the start ! I've rented with enterprise sooooooo many time and never had this experience! Being on a business trip and having an emergency is stressful and they made it even worse

The WORST customer service ever! I will never go back to this location if it the last thing I need to do. Will NOT answer the phone. However, walking in there they are talking to each other and sitting down. I have wasted time and money to find out there are no cars available and have to Uber back home. They were supposed to pick me up and I waited 4 hours for them to do so. Of course I couldn’t get hold of them to see where they were!!! They did not answer the phone. Now it’s 5 pm and I have not had a rental for 3 days.I’ve called this location over 30 times.

I initially called the Beaver Ruin location, assuming it was near by and could be a salvation site for my defective vehicle. I am informed of the 4-car swap policy. I accept the responsibility to call roadside assistance after the representative at the Beaver Ruin branch places me on hold for over 7-10 minutes. That's fine, she was the only representative working at her branch. I drive the vehicle, scared and afraid as it is smoking white smoke from the brake area. I enter the 7085 Jimmy Carter branch and inform the manager, Nykai Farmer about my situation. She placed my safety in jeopardy by telling me to leave her branch and go to another branch down the street because she didn't want to provide me with service any longer. To break down what happened, she was helping me and then decided to no longer provide me service after I asked her for her name. She became hasty, hostile, and combative. I completely ignored her to protect myself from a violent individual and exacerbating the problem any further. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied by this situation. It is heartbreaking to come into a business establishment with a safety measure issue and to be denied service for no valid reason. This branch does not deserve any stars. The new manager on staff, Nykai Farmer is verbally violent and aggressive towards customers

Jordan, Gus and the team provided a nice experience. I had a scheduled rental at another location but the selection was limited. Customer service directed me to this Jimmy Carter location where they took the time to ensure me everything would be fine. Handling a lobby full of rental returns, new reservations and phone calls is not easy. Thank you!

I had to get a rental while my vehicle was being repaired. The level of customer service was awesome. I dropped the rental off at the collision center when I picked up my vehicle. Jordan followed up to see how my experience was and thank me for being a customer.

Was lied to about the vehicle that my insurance covered. The person "handling" my reservation tried to convince me that a Chevrolet Spark was not a sub compact vehicle, but an intermediate vehicle. Had my three kids with me for 4 HOURS waiting on this joke of an incompetent staff to figure out how they wanted to try and wiggle out of what ever conundrum that they had obviously gotten themselves into. when I questioned the amount of time at the three hour mark, Jordan, the manager in training hung up on me. Had to have the insurance agency, as well as the repair shop speak to them. As they refused to provide an honest answer. When they finally showed up, (4 HOURS LATER) the vehicle had damage from an obvious attempted break in. He said He "hadn't noticed that". Not surprised. In the end, made reservations with Hertz, and had absolutely no issue picking up my vehicle in 10 minutes. The people running this branch have absolutely no clue or concept of customer service. absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had bar none.

Impressed only by the tall guy with short dreads. Gus, the manager, NOT SO MUCH.Very DISAPPOINTED that a reservation can be made, Uber ride is completed to the location, ONLY to be turned away due to info NOT provided online or told verbally. For a MONTH now, I've tried to rent a vehicle from this location and Pleasanthill Rd--- each visit resulted horribly!UPDATE YOUR WEBSITE AND TELL PEOPLE OVER THE PHONE WHAT DETAILS AND INFO THEY WILL NEED PRIOR TO CONFIRMING THE RESERVATION.

I was on my way to MUSC in South Carolina for a follow up from my kidney transplant, Gus and Q took my reservation, followed up in a timely manner and made sure I made my appointment and back home with a breeze. I appreciate their great service and help through this process
