I called to order a sign and followed the instructions. I didn’t get a proof for approval until six days later——and I’ve called and left two messages and I have not heard back. It will be three weeks on Friday.
I’m not sure why the communication is this poor? My husband is a graphic designer so I know that they received the files they needed. One of them is a cork sign and I can’t imagine how it would take so long to print that? We should’ve just bought the materials and done it ourselves.

I paid a deposit almost 8 months ago, and the sign never got done — which I was fine with. I agreed to a partial refund, but for the past two months I've been calling, emailing, and even trying to place a new order just to use the remaining balance… and got nothing back. No updates, no refund, no follow-through. Completely unresponsive and unprofessional. I gave them every chance to make it right, but at this point I just feel ignored and taken advantage of.

Cannot say enough about working with this company. Lauren has been the representative and contact for me. She has gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs. I like finding a company like this to work with and I don’t have to keep looking around to work with somebody else. Mediocre experience overall. The online quote I received was $200 more than what I was quoted in-store for the exact same measurements and job description, which was frustrating and confusing.
The front counter staff were friendly and accommodating, and I really appreciated their customer service.
However, the design process was painful. I was passed along between different people, and communicating the changes I needed turned into a drawn-out process. A simple phone call from the graphic designer could have cleared everything up and saved a lot of time and frustration. It just wasn’t as smooth or professional as I expected.
