Been there three times. It is open but the doors are always locked. Never actually “open” although the lights are all on.

I stopped here to FedEx a letter across town. They were out of standard shipping envelopes. They wanted to charge me $95 to ship this letter to the other side of Atlanta (I asked for ground). Left and went to the UPS store on the same block. They shipped my letter for $18.

If I wanted self service. I wouldn't talk to you at the counter. And since you guys are so eager to send us to self service options..... you guys must have better optics in your future
