This place had weird energy from moment I walked in no one greeted me the light skin dude at the front was the only one up there and was helping someone so I can kind of understand why. It still doesn’t take much to say welcome in I’ll be right with you. So I just awkwardly stood there until someone was ready to make eye contact with me and acknowledge my existence. So finally the guy comes around the register from helping the older gentleman and ask me what he can help me with I inform him in there to pick up my package. Mind you it is important information disclosed in this package. So he’s going thru the system trying to find my package goes to the back comes back no package I see no package so I ask “is everything ok?” You’ve got my package right. He goes I just went back there and I couldn’t find your package. So then I guess the manager gets involved because no one can seem to find my package. Again mind you I’m just standing there watching them look and be confused as to where my package is no one ever reassured me or even acknowledged me like hello sir sorry about this we are trying to locate your package we misplaced. What felt like 10 mins go by and they finally found my package no sorry about that nothing ,Just all seemed very non customer oriented. And very detached like I just work here vibes. The manager needs a class in customer service the whole front of the store might.

My package was not delivered to my door. Instead the delivery driver for this location separated my packages placed half in the mailroom and then left the remainder of the packages elsewhere.
When I requested that my package be redelivered to my door I was told that they would call the delivery location at 4:30pm then again at 5:00pm. To be told at 6:30 that the facility was closed even though the hours of operation are until 8pm.
The person who delivered my package should be written up due to their carelessness. They did not take into consideration if I was disabled, injured, or otherwise. They simply chose not to do the job that they are being paid to work.
I’m am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with the customer service and delivery service I have received. This overall situation is disruptive to my day and my work schedule tomorrow. As I now have to go up to the facility tomorrow to speak with an onsite manager to see if I can get this situation rectified.
Based on the reviews below if this situation is not resolved tomorrow, I will be contacting legal.

It's ok to lie about address being incorrect, when you dont wanna deliver your package. Shipper sent a copy of label with apartment # , FED EX claimed was missing. Stayed home all day for nothing.

I will contact corporate regarding this people don’t want to let me drop off ground packages at this location I bring 70 packages FedEx ground they turned me around tall guy with glasses mid age white, he told me this is express no ground got somewhere else

They continue to send my packages to my OLD ADDRESS even after escalating the issue. I HATE when suppliers use FEDEX.

Horrible customer communication, my package was separated into two it is a chair, one package is lost I think and I called and spoke with someone they were supposed to get back with me by phone or email and never did ordered a chair got half of it and the other half is still lingering saying it's on the way for the past 2 days and it's only 3 hours away in transit apparently for those two days when shiped out the two boxes were moving together the whole time up until Thursday I contacted FedEx on a business day and was told they would find out what was going on with that warehouse and that box and why it has been in transit for 2 days however I never received any confirmation or email phone call nothing back and still waiting 2 Days later,UPS is a lot better all the way around in my opinion they're fast prompt and do not toss around the packages and drive all over the yard not to mention of emailed them and message them on the site

This FedEx driver is reckless! Instead of parking in the driveway, he drove part of the truck onto the lawn and caused damage. Another time, while backing up, he hit a trash bin on the curb. Reporting this to upper management, sending evidence to the CEO, and filing a claim for the damage.

0 STARS. The drivers steal packages! they drop them off at the wrong location and mark them as delivered. this location needs be looked into! ill be reaching out the BBB.

My four packages from two different stores were returned to sender immediately after arriving here, without any notice. I still don’t know why my packages were returned.

I have had some issues as I constantly order online. Today Samoya was your customer service representative and I want to say that she was absolutely amazing.
