3 failed delivery attempts from someone who who didn’t even knock! I felt instructions and everything but he delivered my siblings package and not mine. He never knocked or called or anything. They are the worst

On 02/14/24, Fedex driver from this location marked my package signed and delivered but he never came even close to my door. The security camera footage proves that he's lying and the signature is, obviously, forged. These are dishonest people who are sure that there are no consequences to their actions.

I'm keeping track of a computer bought at B&H and, to my surprise, it says it was signed and delivered. I'm the only person at the house and nobody EVER attempted to deliver my package. What gives? This is a case of either dishonesty or incompetence since all FedEx is supposed to do is to take stuff from point A to B and they mess it up so badly?! This is simply unacceptable.

Absolutely terrible experience with FedEx Ground pickup. I scheduled a pickup for Tuesday for 6 50lb packages. The time window they gave was 8 AM to 6 PM, which in itself is weird, but I waited the whole day and nobody showed up.I waited Wednesday as well, and again, nobody showed up. I called to ask what happened, they said the driver came, saw there were no packages, and left. This is absolutely impossible, since we have a direct view of both the front and back entrances, and no one came all day.So I rescheduled for Thursday, and this time I kept the packages outside the entrance. The same cycle repeated: no one came on Thursday or Friday, and on Saturday morning they said someone came on Friday and saw no packages.Because of this I had to load the 6 50lb packages into my car and drop them off. What's the point of scheduling a pickup if you're not going to pick up the packages? Absolutely disappointing experience.

This has to be the worst shipping company of all time, or at least the worst I have experienced. They almost always chuck packages out of the car, only to pick them up and sling them again. I've had countless packages damaged by their indifference and incompetence. Drivers should be held responsible for their actions, from smashing packages and their contents, to tearing up yards when backing up. This review comes after having atrocious experiences for at least the last 30 deliveries they have made. Heck, they've even chucked packages from the street onto the edge of my front lawn or in the driveway, often times destroying expensive items. At least try.

This is the way our Fedex driver leaves deliveries at our mail room. Each package in this photo is at the wrong building. I call to complain for the 10th time about the sorry delivery service. I was assured someone would call me today. Didn't happen. I didn't even get the email with my case number. Pathetic.

Don't work here. I feel the need to write this after working here for a couple of months then transitioning out of FedEx into my new job. The pay is disproportionally low for the strenuous work the employees are required to do. The damaging toll this job takes on your body for an hourly pay that requires you to get a second or third job to get by feels straight up wrong. I respect jobs that require hard physical work and dedication but this job, you put in the work and you get crumbs in return.Additionally, the management were former loaders and unloaders but they don't seem to have a grasp on the physical strain the work rate has on employees. Maybe they do and they're just being pressured by higher ups, but that doesn't change the fact that you get worked until you are broken down and feeling sick. Leaving here has been the best decision I've made for myself.I do need to add that I was in school while working here. balancing this job and school gave me little time to study and was a bad idea overall, for anyone who needs to hear.A job can make you feel mentally miserable, or physically miserable. Doing hard labor here made me feel both while being broke at the same time.

This is the absolute WORST Fed Ex ground location in AtlantaThey have returned FOUR of my packages saying they "couldnt access my address" but I have pictures of Fed Ex Express at my complex outside of MY BUILDING making deliveries TODAY (12/12/23 at 12:47pm) - picture attachedIt's because those packages are being shipped from different terminals! It's only the Norcross location who pretends as if they cant find addresses, forges customers signatures, and returns packages to sender instead of holding them for customer pickup! If you are on Fetch Delivery property (which is another headache) this Norcross location will simply refuse to deliver the package YOU PAID FOR - because Fetch asked them not to! There's nothing stopping them from completing the deliveries other than sheer laziness and incompetence. Fetch isnt paying you. THE CUSTOMERS AREI have contacted Fed Ex corporate and initiated an investigation. My job also has a business relationship with Fed Ex and will be reporting this location.NOTE: We have to make continuous reports and complaints to Fed Ed for things to change at this AWFUL Norcross location. Call Fed Ex as much as you can to report this location for their incompetence and bad service!

terrible, they love to claim an address is inaccessible or they cant deliver to address just so they can avoid attempting shipment. Somehow usps, ups and dhl have no issue delivering to the same address but fedex cant

Awful experience. Drivers will try and steal your packages and you get absolutely no support from corporate.
